I am looking for the following cartoon. If you have any idea what it is called and/or where to find it please let me know:

As a kid I remember a hilarious (and somewhat violent) cartoon where a Dog would put this poor cat through a series of Rube Goldberg torture contraptions. It would begin with the Dog catching the cat and begin dragging him away. As he was being dragged, the cat would start screaming something like:

No, not that. Anything but that, NOT THE HAPPY BIRTHDAY......

The dog would them shove the cat into complicated contraptions that would kick, stomp, wring the cat's neck, etc. As the cat was running through the machine, the Powerhouse theme would play. One contraption was called the "Happy Birthday". I think the poor cat was put through two other machines until the cartoon ended. Anyway, I am trying to track the cartoon down, but can't remember who made it or what the title was. I think it was a WB cartoon, but I could be wrong. I last saw the cartoon when I was a kid in the 1980's but I think it is older than that. Anyhow, if anyone can give me an idea what this cartoon was or at least what they remember about it, it my help me find this cartoon.

I thought that was one of the torture things from that short with the gambling bug. They could have recycled it though.

I think they used to have it on LooneyTunes.com, but they might have taken it off. You can search It's Hummer Time on Google, and probably find a download for it. Sorry. I don't know much else about the download.
