It's better suited for Toonami, with a little editing.

...but seriously, no. It's got enough guts, gore, and child abuse, but I'd prefer to not see it on Adult Swim... or anywhere else, for that matter.

Having seen the first eight episodes, I would have to agree.

The excessive amount of brutality in the series would make Paranoia Agent seem less twisted. Definitely a no-go for Adult Swim in the future.

I don't understand you're logic, wouldn't that actually make it better suited for Adult Swim?

Besides, child abuse, brutality, and torture is always good stuff.
