C&C - Assy McGee - "Game of Death" [12/8]

I sort of like this show... I keep finding myself laughing during it, but I'm not entirely sure why. It's defintiely not as bad as people make it out to be, and it's definitely not the worst thing Adult Swim has ever shown.

I liked the blimp sequence. The sight of Assy parachuting down was really funny.

This was the best of the three episodes so far. The blimp sequence was good.

Also, the Assy and Soccer Coach dialogue was hilarious.

I'm starting to like this show. The scenes with Assy destroying the blimp and beating up the ref were gold.

But there were too many fart jokes to consider this enjoyable.

okay so now the secret is out.. We're not dealing with an hiney, We're not Dealing with a Talking tush, we're not even dealing with a Singing and talking butt.

We're talking about a Singing, talking, half drunk, farting, Cuban glutamous Maximus (which makes me wonder.,. does he smoke Cuban cigars when he feels like it??):p

all in all Game of Death was so far the best they've come up with, the high point being the "Adios Blimp" Joke, but unless they get more serious about this series and get a bit tougher on the writing.. that's all it's going to be.. the Story of a Half Drunk Cuban posterior. Who's right now off the police force.. (though beating up on the Ref he crippled was kind of.. strange yet funny.)

I loved the confession to the priest.

And the brilliant campy 80s Night Court-style intro is the best part of this show. Trey Parker would even be proud.

While the fart humor gets old fast, the delivery of Assy's lines gets kudos. I know I'd be laughing my ass off in the VA booth while trying to play it straight.
