I was thinking about how lately all these products have come out where they've had "Buy this special limited color to help use stop (insert disease of the week)"
Why exactly must you buy that one specific color, even if it's not what you really want to help? If a company really cared at all about helping, why not just make any purchases of a product go towards that cause? They could evne make it a smaller percentage if they're concerned about profits, but you figure you'd have people buying whatever color they like the total would be more than those who'd just buy the one color.
Am I just bitter about the whole thing, or does anyone else think the logic behind doing this is flawed?
