I liked this week's episode. It pretty much confirmed that Gwizdo and Jannelle (sp) are lovers. I mean, why else would she put up with Gwizdo.

Mister Intensity Lovers is bit strong, but she definitely has a softspot for him. I never saw that coming  but it is sO cute. (he needs a mature woman) :D
I always heard it as Gentiline, but never saw it spelled anywhere.
I liked this episode. Pretty coniving girl. Gwisdo smitten (never thought he'd fall for that  ) Great "Lian-Chu to the rescue" action. I just love the strange background music in this show.
So,,, Hector is a dragon, I suspected but never knew for sure.
Very good episode. "The Drqagon that Yakked a Golden Egg" That is definitely a new twist.

I have been catching this for the past few weeks. It feels rather... out of place on CN in the middle of the day on Saturday, so I am surprised to see it continue. Quite pleased, as I think this show is excellent, but surprised all the same. I am uncertain I can even remember seeing a single commercial for this, well... ever. Glad to see there are at least a few other people watching.
Anyone know anything about it? Who made it, when was it made, where is it from, etc.?

it's made in France by Futurikon (http://www.futurikon.com/distrib.php?type=se) It is one of only a few Franime that CN has aquired, which is why people seem to think it looks so different. That Oban went to Jetix makes me furious, it would have been great here.
They never advertised it, even as a new premier when it appeared with Robotboy and others that got publisity. Then there was question that it would even run the six they had aquired. I think it's one of the better shows they have. Given some time, I could scare up some other sites, but a search through Futurikon and dragon Hunters will net you the same. Calia

Love is a strong word but I do think that have a sexual relationship and care more about each other than either would admit.
Also, for those who seen the rest of the series, was there ever a glimpse of any of Janielle's ex-husbands?

I loved the plot twist as Gwizdo fell in love. Lian Chu meanwhile showed what a great friend he truly is, and Gwizdo is lucky he continues to stick with him.
Young Hector, the Dragon, shows once again his sragon tracking skills. I'm surprised though considering that it was made clear two weeks ago when Gwizdo said they'd have to slay Hector since he was the only dragon present that some people didn't realize it until now. It was hillarious seeing Gwizdo get looked in the trunk again. I wonder how many times that'll happen.

I don't think it's quite gone that far yet, but it's clear now that Jeneline(?) does have that in mind

I'm sorry, I DID like the episode. But I HATED Miss Mina. I do NOT like her, she is what we writers like to call an Official Mary-Sue. What's that mean? Well she's one of those characters that can make any character she want, act completely out of character. In which case with this episode, she did. I'm sorry to say that, but gah, yeah, I don't like Miss Mina.
I'm not saying that I couldn't see Gwizdo falling in love, because I CAN, just not THAT fast, not IMMEDIATELY offering her to slay the dragon for free, and giving her anything that she wants. We're talking about a hard core greedy little fella here. YES, she is pretty and YES love can do strange tihngs, but never that quickly.
So I'm sorry to you Mina fans, but I didn't like her at all =P. GOOD episode though, just, baaaad character. Especially seeing as she looks like that one character named "Gwendolyn" in the Episode "Billy Toughnut"

Especially seeing as she looks like that one character named "Gwendolyn" in the Episode "Billy Toughnut" You mean the blond girl that kept trying to get the gold egg? Actually you weren't supposed to like her, so by definition that puts her out of "Mary Sue". She was a lying little money grubber that used her good looks to stab you in the back at the first opportunity ,she'd sell her own mother,,, if she hadn't already.:anime:

I'm still looking through all the eps. I had set up to tape over my vacation. But interestingly enough, I recently found a dvd for it in the anime section at a Suncoast. According to the clerk it had just come out, unfortunetly I lacked the funds to buy it then & there.:(

Yes, the series is being released on DVD by Geneon, and I believe the first 2 volumes have been released.

Hmm... they pre-empted Dragon Hunters for live action Scooby-Doo.
That's effin' stupid.

I still haven't heard if CN picked up the remaining Dragon Hunters eps. They may be reaching the end of the six they do have. I hope not

They picked up the series, because only one of these episodes has been out of the 6 they originally picked up.
I guess they decided to swap Dragno Hunters and Scooby-Doo since Scooby was supposed to air next week.

If you haven't heard, CN released a revised schedule in which Dragon Huntwers has been pulled and replaced by Squirrel Boy. While I hope it can take up the slot next to DBZ, I doubt CN will give it the chance, which means we may have seen the last of the Hunter goodness on CN. At least Geneon is releasing the series on DVD.
