I (surprisingly) found it and bought it at Best Buy at Downey Landing here in CA on Saturday(when I really was just going there to get Groundhog Day on DVD). They broke the street date REALLY early, as it seems. Though I would've rather seen this at theaters(it was sold out), it's a fantastic DVD either way; anybody with a good sound system will get a kick out of this. Invited my friends over to watch it, and we all were shocked at how it managed to be slightly more violent than the TV series.

Anyway, just wanted to put that out there. Anybody else lucky enough to spot it in your local store?

Best Buy actually stocks a lot of anime DVDs in early (usually the Sunday before its released). It all depends on if the box says "Stock on release date" or not.

Which DVD should I get, since there is two versions of this movie? Thanks
Maybe both versions are included on one DVD, That would be Great!

Depends on what you mean by the different versions.

Right now, Best Buy and Target have special pack-in bonuses that are only available there. Best Buy has an extra disc with a 30-minute commentary and Target has a special lenticular board.

If you mean the special edition, then that won't come out until next year due to difficulty in aquiring the extras from the Japanese release. The movie itself will be the exact same, but the one released this week only includes a booklet, a 40-minute documentary, various trailers, and various art. The Special Edition includes all that plus even more stuff that ranks it just below LOTR & Star Wars in extras-age.

I know it's dubbed and I would have a hard time beliving it doesn't include subs. So both. I'm watching the dub right now.

That's correct, but it might as well be next year if you take the complaints of some people seriously. :p

The Wal-Mart in my town is doing the same thing as well. My friend bought it since he didn't have Vol.1 of FMA, and he wanted to the see movie. I just got to borrow the movie, the other day from him.
