Yes the FMA commercials were mixed up. The DVD release date is September 12th. For some reason they got the theatrical commerical.

Boy AS is all ****ed up. They keep airing commercials for new Robot Chicken, commercials that say Korgoth is on the Fix, and now they **** up the FMA stuff.

They have to be. So frustrating.

Look at the bright side. At least the commercials are playing at every break, so people will be exposed to the movie.

...although, I'm sure they're wondering why the date has already passed.

You know, I had gotten used to seeing Futurama atop the Saturday ratings. After all, it's Saturday. But it's kind of weird to see Futurama in the Top 3 on Sunday as well.

Jun 10th: Top two shows were Samurai Champloo and Cowboy Bebop according to Schedule Bump but actual card was not shown. Instead the Bump stated the ratings were below .3 and they wouldn't be posting the ratings until the numbers came back up.This is what the Card said: Nevermind, Saturday was horrible. It got a .3 for those of you who care. What is with you? We give you the best anime available - that doesn't make Standards freak out - and all you *****es do is complain about how nobody is watching and how the ratings **bleep**. [scratched out] you. No more Saturday ratings until you can bring in the numbers. You whiney-**bleep* [scratched out].

18-49: 532,000 (#3 / +19,000)
2+: 1,078,000 (#6 / +206,000)

NOTES: The 18-34 average went way way up this past week. Personally, I hope that's not attributed to Shin Chan leaving, but something must have caused a huge increase like that. 10 of AS's programs made the 18-34 top 50. Last, the only network they lost to with men 18-34 was ESPN.

Sorry. I do not. I get these from Turner Info and Media Life Magazine.

I'll preface this by saying it's a total guess on my part, but could it have to do with college kids starting back at school?

........I'm thinking labor day schedule though, most colleges start way before then. Oh well-I'm pretty sure that makes more sense than 18-34 year old's desperate for Inuyasha's return.

I'd expect kids going back to college to cause the ratings to drop, since they can't stay up as late, and college students who live in dorms are not counted by Nielsen Media Research. This week's numbers should be more of interest, due to OTA television beginning its season and sports in full swing with the NFL returning.

Eh, I dunno if MNF will affect the ratings that much. The early game didn't really affect ratings at all except in the Central time zone, and the Raiders sucking so badly likely caused a lot of people to go away (though I still wonder how College Footbal blowouts are apprently cooler and worth watching more than NFL blowouts).

Oh you'd be suprised how late college kids can stay up.....especially when the earliest classes start at 12-1 the next day. I didn't know that dorms were not counted in Nielsen numbers, I feel like this accounts for at least 25% of AS attempted audience.

This has recently shown up on my digital cable:
Cutting Edge features programming from Adult Swim, Anime Network, Comedy Central, G4, Ripe TV and Octane TV.
Of course there are no Adult Swim or Anime Netork categories on it. :crying:

Of course there are no Adult Swim or Anime Netork categories on it. :crying:

That may be simply because it's a new category which they haven't finished setting up yet; our OnDemand is always switching things around, putting up buttons for sections with have nothing in them, taking buttons away for sections which had tons of stuff in them (and then randomly putting those sections back up for no apparent reason weeks later). There is no rhyme or reason as to how the OnDemand people do things, so don't give up hope yet! :D
