Other than airing shows with less than 20 eps 7 days a week(at least 3), interestign schedule

I'd schedule each day according to a specific decade (s):

Sundays - 1930's - 1960. Classic Looney Tunes, Popeye, Tom & Jerry, Mighty Mouse, etc 24 hours straight

Monday - 1960. Space Ghost, Superman/Batman Adventures, mostly Hanna Barbera cartoons, plus the Sid & Marty Kroft shows.

Tuesday - 1970. Adding in the Filmation Library, we get to see classic Superfriends, Tom and Jerry/Grape Show, Scooby Doo etc.

Wednesday - 1980. The most crammed day of all, with shows from HB, Ruby Spears, Filmations, Sunbow, DIC, the list goes on. The Smurfs, Jem, G.i. Joe, classic Ninja Turtles, Mr T, Pee-Wee's Playhouse, Hey, Vern, It's Ernest!, Flinstone Kids, The Real Ghostbusters...

Thursday - 1990 - For WB/HB/Dic shows like Sonic the Hedgehog, The Addams Family, Free Willy TAS, Reboot, Animaniacs so on.

Friday - The 00's - Mainly for CN's castoffs like Dexter, Powerpuff Girls, etc, plus whatever Kid's WB and Dic have castoff.

Saturday - 1940's - 1980 (midnight - 7), 1980 - 00 (7 - 2), 00 (2 -8), Boomerang Movie (8 - 10), Pee-wee, Ernest, Weird Al!, and H.R. Pufstuf (10 - 12)

The schedule changes every six months so give new shows a chance to air.
