3. Perfect Hair Forever - The worst and most inaccurate anime parody ever. The people who made it obviously never watched a whole anime episode or movie before. Only clips.
4. Stripperella - Yeah, jokes about comic and cartoon cliches. That's really original. Not! And even if they were original, they're not funny anyway. Especially since they kept recycling the same jokes.
5. Tom Goes to the Mayor - Even more boring than S&H, and with even less funny.
6. Stroker and Hoop - It's boring and has very little funny.
7. Kid Notorious - Slightly less boring than S&H, and has a bit more funny.

My all-time favorite program on AS isn't even an AS original- it's Family Guy. I watched it all the time since its debut in 2003 and still have it on regularly, even if it's only background noise. Don't get me wrong, many of the other imported shows I've watched and enjoyed, like Home Movies, Mission Hill, Baby Blues, and Futurama, but FG remains my favorite.

In terms of AS originals, nothing has yet to beat Aqua Teen Hunger Force seasons 1-3, though Harvey Birdman comes very very close. And Moral Orel is quickly becoming a favorite as well.

Anime, I didn't start watching on AS until probably 2004, but I really liked Read or Die and Samurai Champloo. If Crayon Shin-Chan gets picked up for a longer run, that will be my all-time favorite. I didn't actually watch Cowboy Bebop, FLCL, or Paranoia Agent on AS, but I enjoyed them thoroughly as well. Eureka 7 is all right, but it could definitely stand to be sped up. FMA is a quality show but I've been watching it out of order so I'm always lost.

Worst: Perfect Hair Forever, Squidbillies, Sealab seasons 2+, Brak Show post episode 9, Robot Chicken (though it has its moments, I admit), Minoriteam, Ripping Friends, Tom Goes to the Mayor (never got into it), 12 Oz. Mouse (ditto).

2. Minori-team (In no way am I racist, but some pokes at stereotyping can be humorous, but this show just isn't funny at all.)
3. Ripping Friends: I almost keep forgetting this was on Adult Swim (and want to forget, lol.) Horribly boring and unfunny. Thankfully season 2 never came.
4. Robot Chicken (Seth Green, you're no Macfarlene. I mean, you take alot of popculture a good majority of people love, including myself, then you make it as unfunny as possible. Good job.)
5. Stroker and Hoop: Hoop is an Andy Dick wanna-be that is so horribly irritating. CARR is a useless character. Stroker is the only thing going for the show, but the series wouldn't be able to live with him alone.

Anime:
1. Super Milk-Chan: "You dumbass!" I never thought that phrase could be annoying, but congrats to Milk and ADV for making it so.
2. Pilot Candidate: A Toonami-editted program on ASA? No cigarettes allowed, whiny kids, plot that went nowhere. Need I say more?
3. Reign the Conqueror: I didn't care for the plot, and sorry everyone, not a fan of Peter Chung's art style.
4. Inuyasha: Annoying main characters and too many love triangles going on.
5. Blue Gender: Very generic "starship troopers-like" show.

I would put Eureka 7 in there from the 2 episodes I have seen, but that's not enough to judge on IMO.

Bad: Every single one of the 11 minute shows, excepting only Robot Chicken (which is acceptable). The Sunday night 22 minute shows, like Stroker & Hoop, Home Movies, The Oblongs (Australian TV had the correct idea when they cancelled the show in the middle of the first episode).

Worse: Super Milk Chan. Its only possible redeeming value is that I can't understand a single word Chan or the robot says.

Worst: Pewee Herman. Those tapes are so bad the only possible use for them is a bonfire. As it is, I don't see how the engineers can stand the smell when they play them.

Good: Most of the anime (Big O, Cowboy Bebop, Inuyasha, etc.)

Better: Wolf's Rain, Witch Hunter Robin, Trigun, Paranoia Agent.

Best: Fullmetal Alchemist.
