Windows Sound Question

Just a quick question, I know you can assign a sound to play whenever you launch a program, but does anybody happen to know of a way to assign a sound to only ONE program? Thanks.

Depends on the program. The program's developer has to set up a sound event for it. If one exists it will show up in the dialog. If not, it won't.
