My forum got hacked and it saids this, and I think it's turkish but I can't find translators.. I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I beliave its Turkish. I am not 100% sure though.
Turkish hackers are fomous for haking random sites to promote what ever they wish. Usualy its some political action.
