No Spongebob, No Beavers, No Ren n' Stimpy. Teenick SUCKS. Snick has gone soooo far downhill. All that ain't all anything. GAS Is about as good as a fart. And Double Dare is nothing without the original host. Nick sucks. But, that's a given...
But...ZIM has been canned.
This...is the last straw, my friends...
VIVA LE' REVOLUTION!!
I call us all to arms at this time. Nick sucks, and I don't think they realize how much they suck. And, I believe it is time for us to now sock-it-to-'em. So...complain, rant, mail them, and if you have to..become an angry mob. And remember, if you must become an angry mob, nothing does the job better...than chainsaw's. Hehe...
No, really. I'm not saying to actually show physical harm to Nick(No matter how much they deserve it). I'm just saying, they have taken the last good thing away from their network. And I believe we should do something about it.
My New Years Resolution...not watch ANY Nick for the rest of my life....

After Zim stops airing, I'm with you Jack. Nickelodeon can cram it with razors.

Nick? what's Nick? Oh, you mean that network on cable that used to show such great cartoons? Yeah, I wonder what happened to them....?

I'm losing faith in Nick too, but hopefully they'll get better...as long as they don't cancel Fairly Oddparents, I'll be fine.

They got so interested in showing crappy-ass cartoons that they forgot to promote the ones that were actually good.

I knew something bad would happen after they hardly ever show the series. I wish NICK would give up the rights, but NICK has so many $ signs in their eyes, that they can't see who made them what they were.

Anyone who feels like sending angry hate-mail, go here (http://www.nick.com/blab/write_nick/mail.jhtml), and speak your mind. Make sure Nick knows that MANY people are going to be very unhappy with them.

I haven't watched Nick in years. I got really ticked off at them when they dumped Spumco (which is very similar to the garbage they are pulling here) and stopped watching them soon after that. I can't really give an opinion on Zim myself, because I just lost track of what the channel was doing when I realized that 95% of their programming sucked. Maybe I'll try to find it in reruns someday.
The thing is, they really really don't want that union to get well-established because they repeat all of their shows into the ground. I hope that they get to learn the hard way what happens when you backstab and drive away good talent.

I lost respect with Nick ever since I heard about the Ren & Stimpy fiasco. Now they have gone too far.
BOYCOTT NICK!!!!!

Now that Zim is gone, it looks like Nick is now my enemy.
Wow, I never thought I'd see the day......

I stopped watching that crap-peddling suck channel a long time ago, when it stopped being clever and original and de-evolved into a clone of itself and other lesser channels. It seems they've lost touch with everything. Rugrats is a good marking device for historians looking for the exact time when Nickelodeon lost its soul and became Nick, because it was all around the time that they brought Rugrats back. I immediately noticed that the show was a lot more asinine and I actually stopped watching Rugrats (something I had never thought I'd do). That was the beginning of the end.
I don't watch any of Nick's current Nicktoons, but does anyone remember Rocko's Modern Life? MY GOD that was a good show. A worthy successor to the 3 original Nicktoons (Doug, Rugrats, Ren & Stimpy). It wasn't just the cartoons. We had shows that, instead of talking down to us, provided first-rate comedy writing, such as Pete & Pete, Salute Your Shorts, and, to a lesser degree, Clarissa Explains It All. Now what do we have? That Amanda Byrnes show? I'd rather lick poison off a bear trap than watch that show.
I don't know what Nick lost that made it start sucking so bad, but maybe they should go into storage and dig up the "elodeon" because I think it was in there.

If you ask me, Nick hasn't been good since 1992 :p I loved it in the late eighties/early nineties, but it just lost most of its appeal after a few years. Ren & Stimpy truly was the last great show they had, and with the way they treated it, there really wasn't much of a reason to watch anymore. Haven't since :p

...My GOD, I don't even remember the last time I watch Nickelodeon with such great enthusiasm.
I forget if it was either after Doug was bought by Di$ney or when Rugrats first got cancelled (then brought back and made movies out of. BTW, I hate them now.)
But finally, save for th Nick Jr. block (which, Blue's Clues aside, isn't a bad slot for the kiddies. And I'll take Little Bear over half their current programing any day!), I only watched ZIM whenever chance I got. I'll admit, I didn't watch as much as I would have hoped, but what I saw I liked. I really liked.
So much that I can't understand how such a bizzare yet creative show could air on Nick at all.
The answer now: It can't, not for long anyways.
So, I'll resume doing what I did before Zim came around-disaknowlege Nick's existence. They brought me great enjoyment in the 80s-early 90s, but those days have gone. Long gone.
And now, in my opinion, only something short of a miracle can save the channel from becoming something worse than UPN.

Man, I remember back in the day when Nick was Nickelodeon, and it had only three cartoons: Dog, Ren & Stimpy, and Rugrats. I personally could never get into R&S, but then I was only eight or nine at the time, so I didn't get it. I never liked Doug either, and I thought Rugrats was pretty cool. (Now I despise it.) But I LOVED Salute your Shorts. Well, at least, the first ones. The later ones, like all Nick toons that manage to survive more than ten seconds, it began to suck. I can't even remember the character's names anymore. Thanks NICK! Bastards from hell, DIE!

I to remember the good ol' days. Pete & Pete was my favorite show, unquestionable. It was just hallarious when I was a kid. Clarissa was great! Salute your Shorts?! Love it.
And remember when Nicktoons first began? I think it was JUST Doug, Rugrats, and Ren n' Stimpy. I was happy. I loved R&S, Doug is still a fun show, and I liked Rugrats at first.
Now, Spumco got the boot, Doug has been 'Disnified', and Rugrats is crap in a hat. I hate everything else(Fairly Oddparents is o.k, but I don't like it all to much).
ZIM was great. was.....Oh man, I'm gonna cry again..... :(

I guess now we should call NICK the KLASKY-CSUPO channel, because they're releasing more movies and 2 Rugrats spin-offs. OMG NICK has the most stupidest people in the world.

I haven't really enjoyed nick in years... I remember the good old days when they showed cartoons such as David the Gnome, Maya the Bee, Mapletown, etc. I loved Welcome Freshmen, Salute Your Shorts, and Hey Dude! Now it's all so different...
Now that they've canned Angry Beavers (love that show!), and now Invador Zim, one of the very few good shows they have left, I have pretty much no reason to tune into that channel now. No Doug, nothin' :( That really is a shame.

I don't get it. I know that Nick hates its creative staff, but to pull the trigger at 26 eps guarantees that they won't make much money off of it. Even the brain-dead baboons in suits over there know that you can't do daily repeats at 26.
Or maybe they fear WGAw (the writers' union) so much that they're willing to actually lose short-term cash to squash its "Recruit Nick" movement...
Whatever... 30 pieces of gold to the first one to bring Nick Prez Albie Hecht's head on a pike to your dear old pS  (or at least his email address... :D )

You guys remember that Nickelodeon magazine? I had a subscription from day one. It took the exact same path as the channel. Started out as something TOTALLY original with weird humor and lots of fun articles. Today I try to avoid eye contact with the cover.
