Since it was a live speech and wasn't aired on TV or anything or officially released, I don't think it violates any copyright to post these. They're pretty funny, especially the jab at South Park.

Yeah I actually saw the link of that at the Sore Thumbs domic due to said jab. (Although South Park is funny... admittingly when they don't have they're heads fully up they're own ass). This was rather enjoyable, mainly for the various knocks at TV (like Stewie turning what could of been a Lost joke into one about Desperate Housewives) and some of the refrences to FG jokes (Like Peter's "Ahhhhhhh, Tshhhhhhhh" from "Wasted Talent" and Stewie's super high voice from "Brian The Bachelor). But not even here there's some Meg bashing (on why she wouldn't be at Harvard) so those of you who hate that be warned there's a couple of jokes at her expense, from Peter mainly.

It's interesting: in this form, Peter Griffin could easily transition into Groucho Marx.

I actually found the first part of his speech funnier, before he started doing the voices.

No, I am, it's just that I didn't find rest of his speech particularly funny. I noticed the audience seemed to laugh more at the first part of his speech as well.

Yeah, I just got done reading that thread at the Entertainment board. And I agree with most of the Seth-bashing comments. Really, there is seldom a jot of wit, originality, or insight on that dopey cartoon Seth makes. Occasionally there's a glimmer of something entertaining, but it gets overwhelmed by the abundance of dumb dreck IMO. But it is subversive, and that's always appealing to a certain group. JMHO.
BTW, wasn't there a joke in Doonesbury where a college dean is giving a graduation speech and he says something about how he doesn't know why he bothers, he knows that all the graduates really want to do is move to L.A. and write for Family Guy? I thought that was pretty funny.
But Seth IMO isn't the worst choice to give a speech at Harvard. That would go to Kermit The Frog, who years ago gave a graduation speech for the Harvard Business School. And were a lot of the students pissed! :D

Uh not these guys. Wasn't there a speech at the end by the two class officals stating how much they really all enjoyed Family Guy and how it was one of the few things that "kept them going" while they were in Harvard? I specifically remember that part. Besides, think about it: a good deal of Harvard graduates go on writing for shows like the Simpsons so they must find some appeal in animated comedies, which could also extend to Family Guy.
