Well seeing as it isn't even out yet (Sept. or Oct. I think), no one knows for sure. I wouldn't be surprised if it does air though.

I think they will in the future, not anytime soon.

My guess? Summer 2007.

I think they've said that they'll air it in August when it makes its theater debut, but I'm not certain...
