That was a good episode. I really like Skeeter cause he's not really evil, he's more of a con-man trying to make an "honest" buck. :D Though I am perplex on how he was brought back to life. It was really funny when Skeeter made it looked like June & Ray said that they love bat otters. The bat-otter was so cute and it looks like it may be a menace than what everyone thinks. ;)

 hmm, no Jodi or Ophelia. That takes it down from excelent, but it was still a fun ep. I didn't like Skeeter at first but as a villian I've come to appreciate his greed. Junes smack downs are usually not a highlight but I liked the banjo background music, the cyclops wrrestleing moves and always missing June. Her catching it's fists while lying on her back, and the surprised look as she was pushed through the ground was cute. But the little cyclops smilies on his underwear was a scream :anime: The bat otter sucking down Skeeter was funny, though I lost the ending as my tape quit

Two quick corrections... Yahoo! TV lists this as Episode 23, not 24 as I originally posted, so I have no idea if the 'Easter Special' is considered part of this second 13-episode season or considered as an extra to it. Weird, since the 'Halloween Special' was part of this order. And to note, the Friday encore is 7:30 pm, not am as I had listed. Had to type this up fast before 'Zatch' came on this afternoon and didn't catch my error.

To the review!

This was an episode of pure fun. Nice to finally see one of Juniper's villains make a second appearance, and it's the comically funny Skeeter! He's a bonafide salesman, that's for sure, twisting Juniper's words into what he wants the public to believe of her. I was surprised there turned out to be a bat otter for real, even more so with the ending. Man, I was gasping with stunned shock 'til the credits started rolling.

Maybe it's just I haven't watched Juniper Lee in awhile (then again, it's usually only airing on Sunday mornings, and I'm not home then), but I really found myself loving the background music during the battle. It fit so well!

Best $20 ever spent, says Juniper. I'd say best $15 for me, or there abouts.

7 out of 10 for "Welcome Bat Otter."

Good to know I'm not the only one who wants to see more of them. I really think show would improve if they developed the characters and showed more of June's human life... could start by lessening some of the focus on Ray Ray.

Yeah, this episode wasn't half bad for the most part. Although I did see the "it's real, but all small and cuddly" coming for a while. Also, a recurring villain appears, which was also a bit of a step in the right direction.

Hey, did anyone else notice it was written by someone from Foster's, or were my eyes playing tricks?
