A few weeks now... a bumper on AS said something about being on Bravo UK, and that was proof enough for us.

Why start on the wednesday (or the Thursday, whatever)? Pritty wierd day to start IMHO.

But it's progress at any rate.

EDIT: I just checked the EPG but no Chicken (Same deal with Bravo's website schedule), what are you trying to pull?

OH right, the 10th, being monday by that point.

so they were telling the truth when they said they couldn't show it on Toonami because it's in the kids section, not defending them though it could have came earlier

They showed Aqua Teen on Toonami so that's that and Big O 2 with all it had.

They Dodged it and went with safe.

And may thier chances of ratings fry in the 9th circle of tv hell for it, forever to writh with the Bubsy TV Pilot.

Well it took the U.K. two more years longer than expected, but at least you're getting it. What should be interesting is what type of programming they will air. Will be all comedy? A mix of comedy and action? Will there be live-action on the block?

Probably Adult Swim owned comedy since action falls under someone else's domain.

Somehow I don't the humor in Robot Chicken will translate very well, but you never know.

No, NBC/Universal owns Bravo.Different Bravo to the US. All this one shares is the name. Bravo UK is owned by Flextech, a subdivision of NTL, the cable company.

Do we definitely know it's only an hour a night? All the Digital Spy article said was that AS (including Robot Chicken) would be on the block starting from midnight. It didn't say anything about times, did it?

Secondly, I susspect one hour to be based on the 11 minute shows and the other to be based on two 30 min shows and it to work like childrens blocks (ie: Dayly rotation, like how FMA is on on a Tuesday and WR is on a Thurday on rapture)

I'm guessing some of the American humor might not translate well with U.K. audiences.

Well it's airing in Spanish in Latin America, so if they can do it, the UK can.

Y'know, I thought really hard about this statement right after I posted it and realized that if I can be a fan of British comedy AND Robot Chicken, then the same can easily apply in reverse. Statement retracted.
