I got a job at McDonalds and orientation is on Monday.

What is appropriate to wear?

anything you want. mcdonalds isn't a professional job so you don't need a tie or anything like that. tshirt, jeans, and street shoes should be fine. i'm a fast food supervisor, so i should know ;)

Unless you're talking corporate office? I didn't know they had orientation. I just thought they handed you uniforms and a book of company policy.

 A first job is a real eye opener

In this case, agreed. Nacho, I'd just go with something casual that you'd consider to be appropriate in the situation. Also, make sure the clothes you choose are clean and not torn. I'm sure you'll do fine. :)

I know... I was half and half with what I said (joking and serious).. though I know it doesn't come across well over the internet.

Appropriate everyday clothes would be fine for what he's going for... I agree.

Definitely stay away from "dry clean only", as it will smell like frenchfries by the end of the day.:frylock:
