May 9, 2006 intro
With the release of The Complete Sixth Season today so this seems like a good time to expand West Wing discussion to one of the mediums it will live on in—DVD. They seem to do a good job placing commentaries on these sets and season six is no exception. I was a big fan of "In God We Trust" and will be looking forward to hearing that one. This is the third time the show has changed packaging though. The first three seasons have flippers, the fourth and five seasons slide out and have six discs on plastic "pages" (don't know what the case it called). And I believe this one has Warner's new favorite of putting two discs on a deeper tray. Outside they look pretty much the same though (and are pretty sharp-looking if you ask me).

One thing that's been bugging me since I first saw the cover, isn't that just a terrible picture of Alan Alda?

I thought that it would be best to take a series approach so continue reading for the rest of the seasons. Click on the picture to buy the season fron Amazon.com through the TZ store.
