Ghost in the Shell SAC soundtrack question

So I have I think all of the relesed music for the Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex show. I dig Kanno's stuff and I think she does a great job with this show. Anyway there is one track that either hasn't been released or will not be released that I kind of dig. The track first appears in the first season in episode 20 when Togusa is fighting with that cyborg guy and then it is used again in the episode 23 or something when the military comes to section 9. The track is some kind of strings orchestration that is kind of cinematic and dramatic and I'd really love to get it if anyone knows where it's been released? Thanks.

I know that some of the music from the series has not been released (and MAY never appear on any CD). From what I understand, there are four soundtracks to Stand Alone Complex -- Volumes 1-3 (3 hasn't been released domestically, yet), and Be Human.
