Short story is- he was helping an old woman with something in his apartment complix and her son who was on drugs stabbed him in the back. This is straight from his assisstant Doug.

He's doing ok and he's gonna be fine though.

While I'm not a fan of TGTTM, I'm sad to hear that anyone got stabbed in the back, let alone someone that works on an AS show. I'm glad he's doing alright now, he's quite lucky.

It would be in REALLY bad tastes to say something like "that's what he gets for making something like Tom Goes To The Mayor" so I won't say something that awful. Rather I'll say I'm sorry to hear about his pain and hope for a speedy full recovery.

It would be funny though if that got translated into an episode. I could see something like that happening to Tom by someone realated to the Mayor.

I agree. Besides, he got stabbed because some guy was drugged, not because someone hated his show.

Seriously, it sounds painful. I hope he's doing well and gets better soon.
He sounds like a nice guy, helping an old woman and everything.
