Last time: Hiei and Mukuro went at it, with Mukuro coming out the victor in more than just the fight, though Hiei had his own victory as well.
This time: Yusuke and Yomi go at it. Shirts are going to go flying.
Comments?
Since it's so late without a talkback, and I'm too lazy to go find a picture for this, this is what you get :p

First, a couple of things that have been nagging at me.
Does anyone else notice the opening theme could have been ripped from a late-night talk show? "Live, from the spirit world, it's Yu Yu Hakushoooooooo, tonight!!!"
Now, as to Yusuke's ancestry, if ancestral mother healer's blood would be poison for ancestral father Raizen, what about other, um, bodily fluids? I'd better stop right there, and something tells me I should have stopped a little before that.
So let's see how the tourney is going.
Group D, already done.
Group C, Mukuro v Natsumi - not exactly a catfight.
Group A, er, two of Raizen's old friends; I'll have to go back & watch that ep again. Heh heh, stupid beret, heh heh.
And Group B is down to Yusuke v Nomi.
I don't suppose anyone could possibly post a tournament bracket, could someone? I kind of lost track from Nomi v Shuro to Hiei v Mukuro. I guess that entire team of Yusuke and Kurama's friends are out of it by now. I don't remember seeing anything of the yo-yo kid or his opponent / potential gf.
His son is in the audience, probably on Dad's side, I guess.
No, can't cheer too loud for Yusuke, can't let on you're not from around here.
I hope he paid attention to the lessons Nomi taught Shura.
Energy levels are noticed by other groups, and catching.
He just might have a chance at hand to hand, or not.
It's too early for the fight - and thus the episode - to end just yet.
Ouch! that slide must burn.
He's forgotten?!? Ooh, that just made Nomi mad
Flashbacks, and Keiko, they were, what, 14, 15, at the time? So by now they'd be 17, 18?
Mark of the mozecule? A gift from Raizen?
Now Yusuke can do the instant teleportation. More and more shades of DBZ.
I'd think he'd be smarter than that by now, to use up all his energy.
So he does have something on the ball!
You've gotta feel for Shura.
Again, we have the mutual respect between the fighters, as they're beating the crap out of each other.
Ooh, Kuwabara's coming back - aw, man! Only 2 episodes left?

I think it's a flashback scene that he comes back in.

Yusuke not having a reason to fight was really strange I didn't really understand that part  it was cool of him to use both spirit and demon energy :anime: still not to great of an episode not much happened. hope the next two can make up for its time wasted

Heh, they actually said something like that in the commentary for this episode in the last DVD. (More along the lines of "He could blow him out just now, but then what would they do for the next two episodes?"). Kind of OT, but they shoudl of had more YYH commentaries if they were all as good as the ones on the last disc.
Ooh, Kuwabara's coming back - aw, man! Only 2 episodes left?
As Cloud noted, that really is only a flashback. Actually thinking of it it's more of
Imigination cloud of Kuwabara shouting that Kurama notices but we don't exactly know if it's real or not
As for the episode itself, very nice. I prefer the second part of Yomi and Yusuke's fight more, but this was good too. Espically the punch Yusuke got on Yomi and Yusuke finally realizing his own purpose for fighting.

I have to say when I first watched this episode I liked how Yusuke remembered 'who' he was fighting for and his purpose to fight. That was start to their match. That trick where Yusuke fired his demon energy and then straight into his spirit energy was cool.
I agree the second part to the match is a little better. :)
"A Reason to Fight" gets a 4.6/5 out of me.

Why have they been playing the wrong opening for like...a month? I hate having to look at Sensui's ugly face in the opening. I'm trying to forget all about the awful ending to the Sensui arc, I don't want to be reminded of it every time I see the opening.

Great fight. Missed a lot of the previous eps so I only know a little of what's going on, but I'll be...er...getting those later.
