Yes, the old New Adventures of Batman is back, just the way we remember them, and just as faithful to the old '66 Batman and '68 Batman as ever (at least NAoB's Catwoman's costume is much cooler than '68's Catwoman).
Best intentionally funny lined during "The Pest:"
Bat-Mate: You saved my life, Batman!
Bats (groaning): We all have our weak moments...
At the end of this ep's "Bat-Message," also supplied by Bat-Mite:
"I learned a lesson, too. Next time Robin's makin' dinner, I'm eating out!"
Best UNintentionally funny line on show: "Place Commercial Here!" between the show IDs. (Any of you notice that.)
Definitely best Batman cartoon...till B:TAS comes along, that is...

The show was definitely fun, although there were a few interesting that sticks out based on my viewing of The Pest (the only episode I've seen so far):
Although many of the designs were the same as the 1968 series, at least things stayed contemporary (like Gordon's look and the different clothes)
While the pilot was an introductory episode, the producers assumed that people were familiar with the comic books and had everyone already knowing each other, including Bat-Mite. No meeting anyone for the first time here
While similiar to the live action series, one thing that was interesting was that Batman was not as much of a straight man as he was in the live action show. Unlike in that show, he was in on the joke rather than playing things straight within a campy world.
The animation was more fluid than Super Friends
The Bat-lasers and boxy Bat-Devices take getting used to.
While Batman and Robin were more athletic, there was a notable lack of action. While I know that violence was not allowed in 70's cartoons, at least Super Friends (although not in the episodes that were made before this show was produced) had the heroes confront the villains. Those are the most notable that comes to mind now, although I'm sure I could think of a few things later.

I've seen "The Pest" so far. Ah, the memories.
Now that I can look back on it, it sounds like Len Weinrib not only was Bat-Mite, but Gordon and maybe Joker as well. Only 4 actors were ever credited for this series (typical Filmation), but you'd think they could've afforded a larger cast.
Anyway, the story's in the spirit of the original series. Bat-Mite was added for this series to give the small fry someone to connect with, but he eventually became a more productive part of the show. As you'll see, he also had a crush on Batgirl (as did a lot of guys), which was an excuse for the writers to avoid the temptation of teasing anything 'tween Batgirl & Robin.
