From Wikipedia
"Both The Boondocks and Samurai Champloo are shown on Friday Night Fix in a shortened format, with many scenes cut out. This is possibly to reduce file size on the Adult Swim website. The full versions of the episodes can be seen on the Adult Swim television broadcast"
Haven't noticed this, has anybody else...?

Can't say I have either. I have to admit that I often don't watch the regular broadcast of anything I've already seen on FNF, but I am rewatching The Boondocks right now and I am not seeing any new scenes.
A page on Wikipedia is only as reliable as whoever edited it last after all, that bit could have been written by someone who is clueless about the real situation

Both 'Boondocks' and 'Samurai Champloo' are getting content edits... the same ones they are getting in their broadcast versions. If anything, the FNF airings air more than the TV airings. I heard the 'Champloo' ending to Ep 26 was shortened by about a minute on TV, but I didn't notice any shortening on the FNF. I don't think there's any time edits to the FNF stuff in addition to whatever's being made for the broadcast version. Then again, I'm at work when both are on, so I don't know for sure... but I doubt it.

On the other hand, when you watch Samurai Champloo on Adult Swim On Demand, you get the full, unaltered ending sequence with each episode, but the same content edits as seen on [as].

Yes the ending was sped up like it always is but it sucks in this case because San Fransisco is an awesome song and I believe the act break came later than it was on FNF, I might be wrong on that one
