I always liked Alison Moore. It just seemed more real, and since the first season replayed endlessly I just got used to her. Kat Credissa's voice was a lot more grating. It was nice to see Moore back in season 3 but then they quickly flip flopped back to Credissa.

But I think we can all agree that Candi Milo's Dexter was horrible, right?

But I think we can all agree that Candi Milo's Dexter was horrible, right?

Well she did improve over time, but still no equal to Christine Cavanaugh's Dexter. She does a great job in the other cartoons such as Foster's, Cow and Chicken, and Juniper Lee.:)

I like Cressida's version better. In my opinion, her version was crazier, and it was a better fit than Moore's.

Going off-topic: Candi Milo's version of Dexter wasn't bad at all, even though it wasn't quite up to the level of Christine Cavanaugh (who retired from voice-over acting, I believe).

But I liked the original Dee Dee better. Maybe its just the one I knew better.

Although Moore's DeDe really annoyed me in Season one, I actually grew to like her third season voice. It didn't seem nearly as annoying. Kat was better overall though. Espically doing the "Oooooooohh, what does this button do" line.

Kat had an interesting range. She could do a deeper tone but sometimes I felt she was too high in pitch so that it didn't sound very natural.

And in the 3rd season Moore was the lesser of two evils anyway.

Honestly, I can deal with the DeeDee voice changes, I can deal with Candy Milo. I can deal with Mandarks new origin. What I couldnt deal with was the new design on Dad. Horrible.

Now your making me feel old too. I remember describing animation in the 80's as old some ten odd years ago. Now I find that I am doing the same for the classic cartoons on CN, and can't help but say that I was there when it came out, without realizing how way back they are.
