Wow. That's a lot of movies.

Nope. Disney Channel.

I like the idea and concept of the Foster's movie, though.

Re-Animation sounds really interesting, actually. If they use CN toons....that would be awesome. But I doubt it somehow since it is a TV Movie.

Re-animation sounds interesting, and I'm actually fine with them airing Spiderman.

Billy and Mandy could make a damn good movie. Now perhaps they could FINALLY make the Samurai Jack movie which was in pre-production but was canceled.

Yeah... interesting concept. Let's just hope they get the home video ball rolling for these ones, what with their new marketing VP on the job.

Eh, some of it sounds interesting, but I don't like the whole live-action part moving in on the channel. Seriously, Nickelodeon or Disney channel anyone? That's kinda what it's turning into anymore. It kind of makes me sad.

I'm interested in the "Good Wilt Hunting" film. I'm sure a lot of Foster's fans want to see this.

Billy and Mandy could make a damn good movie.

Especially if it's like the guys at Wikipedia think it'll be (every friggin' villan ever shown and more VS Billy, Mandy, and Grim, PLUS Hector, Ghastly, and Scar VS Maxwell Adams).

I knew that Foster's TV movie would come eventually! I can't wait to find out why Coco, Eduardo and Wilt were created!

It kind of makes me sad.I've learned not to care. Announcements don't interest me, becuause more than half of the shows just end up being bad. New episodes? Some shows aren't worth them.

Sad but true man. Sad but true.

The movie ideals sound interesting though, espically Re-Animated. I'm hoping though that CN stays as far away from anymore strictly life action fare as they can and focuses at least on the hybrid of animation and live-action. You know, so they can keep putting some of the toon in Cartoon Network.

'Reanimated' gets life at Cartoon Net

NEW YORK -- Cartoon Network is getting into the live-action business with an original movie while remaining strong in animation with a fall premiere date for the Andre Benjamin series "Class of 3000" and 12 animated features in the next year. "Reanimated" will be part live action, part animation, produced in Los Angeles with production beginning this spring. Casting has yet to be announced, but the project is from former Cartoon Network writers Adam Pava and Tim McKeon. It involves a 12-year-old boy who needs an emergency brain transplant after an accident at an amusement park; he receives the brain of a dead cartoonist, which gives the kid the ability to see cartoon characters in real life. "We're not going to do live action like everyone else," said Michael Ouweleen, senior vp network creative. "That's not our way." (Paul J. Gough)

It is interesting news. However, I just wanted to note that Toon Zone News has had a story on this since yesterday morning (the morning of March 1st). I believe our story has some additional details that aren't in the hollywood reporter story.

I like the end quote. At least the network isn't looking to do some lame kid drama, where the protaganist's main problems are parents, principals, head cheerleaders, or a power-hungry super villian.

Yeah, The only place you can find lame kid dramas and lame kid comedy and animation shows is at Disney Channel, You can find these movies on at 7:00PM everyday and it's on 24/7

You'd be better off watching CN than DC.

Reanimated sounds good, but it's going to be expensive to make. And if they don't put a lot of money in it, it'll end up looking like crap.

Well, Billy and Mandy, as well as Fosters and CKND should be good, although I can't really say that I'm looking forward to the Camp Lazzlo movie.
