He-Man "Council of Doom" THREE Parter!

As I had the "Council of Doom" episodes on my DVR, I was floored when the finale of the three-parter was not shown!! The episodes rolled back over to "Origins". I am assuming that Part 3 is considered the beginning of Season 2?? I wonder if Boomerang will show Season 2 soon, or if they will have to wait awhile to be able to....at least when repeating the three part episode of "He-Man', please show ALL three parts!!:)
