Is me or did they edit the seens where they would throw Brainy out of the village when he would start talking and won't stop.

Those scenes were never edited, at least not to my knowledge.

The show has been edited from it's original Saturday morning run to make room for more commercials, though, but I have no idea what was cut for the 'Smurf's Adventures' syndicated package.

One episode I do remember being edited:

In the episode where Clumsy stole a spell from Gargamel's book and used it on himself and transformed into a monster (not knowing what was going to happen), a scene was removed entirely.

On CN/Boomerang, the episode ended with Gargamel and Azrael hitting their own heads against trees. In the original airing the episode continued on, with the Smurfs arriving back to the village with a now-cured Clumsy. Everyone is happy that he's back to normal, and Jokey gives Clumsy a welcome present, that turns out to be an explosive gift.

I swear I haven't seen Brainy thrown out of Smurf village for at least 10 years.Perhaps you're watching later episodes, where the gag was no longer used. After the first few seasons, the show was toned down quite a bit, with lots of new characters that weren't as funny as most of the original smurfs. A lot of the slapstick humor from the early episodes was gone along with this change.

Yeah that might have been what happened. I so very much miss those saturday mornings as a child. Damn I so old school lol.
