Don't know if anyone here celebrates but just wanted to wish anyone who did a happy festival. Enjoy your seven days and seven principles.

As I tell all of my non-black friends every year, nobody celebrates Kwanzaa, and I'd personally rather celebrate the Winter's Solstice. I have nothing against families that actually celebrate Kwanzaa, but you couldn't get me to touch one of those lop-sided candlesticks with a 10-foot pole.

And as I said before, most people who celebrate Kwanzaa also celebrate Christmas--Kwanzaa happens AFTER Christmas, in fact, so it doesn't even need to be drilled into people's heads as an "other" holiday, because it isn't one.

There are lots of alternate December holidays, and I think the PC thought process is "who do we want to offend the least?" Blacks and Jews, so they push Hannukah and Kwanzaa. I imagine not a single black person was ever involved in the process--I mean, the PC cops still act like it replaces Christmas, as if they never asked if it did and just assumed it does.
