The ass is fake!
Hey, Fuu's fat again.
Is this a new episode if so , why did they end the last show like that?

Got damn, this show is so beautiful. Like how Mugen and Fuu made fun of Jin, and then his reaction to it.

I think Mugen lost a few brain cells.
Also, was he making Airplane noises?
Ouch, low blow.
I love this girl, just using Mugen like that.

Yep. And of course she's an undercover agent. Also, Mugen getting kicked in the family jewels= priceless.
He likes chicks that can kick his ass. Yep. He's Spike's ancestor.

Mugen is such a tool. :p
the second half of this series is looking a lot better than the first.

Why did the main villian of this episode think he could beat both Mugen and the undercover agent by charging head-on?
Gatomon41
12-03-2005, 11:56 PM
He likes chicks that can kick his ass. Yep. He's Spike's ancestor.Clearly, Mugen's skills are just as superior or equal to Spikes, so there's a good chance. And with his leechery, maybe Lupins as well :P
That Undercover agent is so cool.
Looks like we found Spike's great-something grandmother.
Fu and the other guy showing up at the end was funny.

Wow... that was the feudal baka-hammer right there. :D
There's two things I want that I've seen in this show, that vase, and Fuu's metabolism.

After that horrid two-parter, I wasn't expecting much from this episode. Thankfully, it was really good, and more than made up for the last two episodes: the humor, the action, and Mugen's crusade to get a nookie.
I give Bogus Booty a B+.

10/10 from me, I laughed from the beginning to end. :D. I have not laughed so hard in such a long time. Man Gene/Jin whichever way you spell it got the short end of the stick this time around. He didn't get the hot chick, was made fun of and had back problems because of those horrible looking ladies that he got. Yeah I agree with you Marzak Ahmed we will probably never get to see that hot chick again.
Man, good stuff stuff all the way through this ep. So hold on what happend with the boss guy, did they cut his head off or something? Was it edited out?
Mugen will never be able to have children now, too bad for the couple to be, well sorta.

Anyway, overall thoughts, great episode. No surprise. Animation, interaction, everything was on point again. Top notch. Hmm, wonder where all the mods are tonight...Acting reminiscent to Mugen?

The edit list is up in the thread.
Looks like that woman with Mugen is going to hit him with a vase.
Yeah she did. You see, the sound effects of the vase breaking are in the bumpers, but they're cut for the TV broadcast (in favor of Adult Swim's own bumpers).
Sounds like Michelle Ruff.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's her.

Mugen will never be able to have children now, too bad for the couple to be, well sorta. -I hope we would see them again. Then again, if this show was done with American standards(13 episode seasons), we probably would have seen her again.
-Nothing was edited out, according to the edit list thread for this episode.
-I have a feeling that Mugen and the girl probably get married, but we don't see it. I wonder if the manga for Champloo is different from the show?

Okay, the girl's name is Yatsuha. I always seem to forget it. Anyway, the second season is getting off to a much better start and it seems most of the episodes from here on out are serious(based on the episode titles).
One question though that I don't mind being spoiled(although not too much): Does the series have a satisfying ending or is it open-ended?

You know what would had make this episode even better. If it had air back to back with last week FMA.
Man, poor Jin he got stock with the ugly but hey at least he got 2 of them at the same time :D .
Forget Mustang, Mugen is the man. From imitating Jin to doing a lot of crap for a nokkie he awesome pure awesome.
Fat Fuu had me rolling in the ground. I mean every time she walk the tv tremble:D and the way va sounded :D .

If I could follow everything Steve does, I would. This show is my favorite it is funny as hell without even trying. Most shows go for the usual humor and it's tired already. But that fish thing was a crack up. :p

Loved the musical intro.
Loved Jin flopping around in the water.
Loved Fuu the Hutt making the TV shake.
Loved the fact that Mugen is a simple, simple man.
Loved the fact that Jin won the nookie factor in the end.
Loved the fact that this was 10 TIMES FUNNIER than the last FMA episode.
Best out of the series so far. Good to see we're actually going somewhere.
"Look! A naked lady!" "Where?" POW!

Well, IMO, I think Spike's skills are better than Mugen. Spike seems to know strategies better than Mugen, who goes into battle head-on. Mugen being Lupin's ancestor? It could work.:D

Well, if your geneology has Spike as one of your decendents, it makes up for any kids being bad.

Yeah the title really worked with the conterfeit money and Mugen not getting any action. The show was hilarious all around even if Mugen's Jin impression wasn't that great. Fat Fuu still laughing about it and the fact that the guys looking for her didn't recognize her in the end. Good stuff.

Another great episode and I agree it looks like the show is gonna have a great second half (although I liked the first half). Mugen was all around awesome in this one. I just hope Jin gets a few of total badass moments like Mugen kicking a room full of dudes' asses with a chick sitting on his shoulders. Well, not exactly, but still. It seems like Mugen has had a few more of those moments than Jin, but that is a statement totally off the top of my head, I have no evidence. I just like them both

I hear ya. Mugen's getting too much lime light of his "awsome abilities" we know he's great so is Jin and I'd like to see it more.
Don't the shows re-air Thursday nights I'm not positive on the time around midnight I think.
Mugen's probably getting more screen time because he's more fun to work with. Admit it, if you were working on this series, you'd love to see Mugen do all the crazy stuff he does instead of Jin who's stoic upon stoic.

Well, after reading this thread, I am really looking forward to seeing the replay on Thursday. I missed it Saturday. Not to be a downer, but that weird song recapping the first half put me out; I only remember one scene after that, and not very well. When I awoke, Katsuragi was pushing those rods on NGE. At least I get another opportunity to see this, unlike GITS and Boondocks. And I did manage to catch S-Cry-Ed and NGE earlier.

Well, every great serious action anime needs to have a comedy episode. FMA got theirs last week, and this week, it's Champloo's turn.
