I've been on a big Subway kick for the last three days. This subway just opened up between my hous and my gym. Today I ate a footlong turkey on wheat (half for brunch and half for lunch; I eat small meals. ;) ) Yesterday I ate a veggie delight on wheat with bacon and avacado (which kind of defeats the purpose of getting a veggie delight, but hey, it's what I wanted  . Two days ago I had a meatball sub on Italian. What can I say, I like sandwiches.

My favorite sandwiches are.

Tunamelt with cheddar.

Club sandwich(turkey sandwitch with bacon) plus avacado.

burger with grilled mushrooms and onions w/ swiss cheese (I'm convinced that swiss is only good in hot meat sandwitches.

Hot beef sandwitch with swiss and tomato on toast.

Fried fish sandwitch with tobasco sauce.

Wow. I'm glad I ate before I typed this. ;)

Mmm.....I love subway. Turkey on white, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, mayo, mustard, and black pepper. I am a creature of habit and that's what I order each time. But dangit, I like it!

Just about every meat, except ham(I like Bacon...and the occasional hotdog, but I'm not a ham fanatic..). Lettus, mustard, light spread of mayo, some italian spices & oil. Crunchy pickles. All on white sub-bread. Mmmm :p

Bologna, cheese, and ketchup sandwiches make my mouth drool. At subway I like turkey, cheese, and mayo on white.

I also really like turkey burgers. Recently, I've been virtually living off the Jennie-O frozen turkey burger patties. Delicious with either mayo or Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce.

At Subway I always get a roast beef on parmesan oregano with cheese, lettuce, tomato, olives, pickles, pepperochines (sp? I can't spell...), salt and pepper, and horseradish sauce. Horseradish sauce is key in the roast beef sandwich of mine. :D

There's a nice little restaurant called Corfu in the town I live, and they have two wonderful and very unique sandwiches. One is the Brie Chicken Sandwich, grilled chicken and red onion in melted brie. The other is the Grilled Vegetarian, grilled zuchinni and bell peppers with lettuce, tomato, red onion, alfalfa sprouts and their special rosemary cream cheese. It's the best veggie sandwich I've ever had. Everyone I've introduced these sandwiches to has had no complaints. The ones who don't like brie love the chicken sandwich, and the ones who hate alfalfa sprouts found it complementing the vegetarian sandwich quite nicely. :)

All those together would make a sandwich that Dagwood would be proud to eat!

Give me a cheeseburger with some real cheddar cheese on it (instead of that processed American crap), and I'm as happy as a clam.

Sandwich: Mayo, mustard, lettuce, cheese. The perfect sandwich. Close runner-up is a BLT. :D

Cheeseburger: ANYTHING TO EVERYTHING. Belch was right. This is nature's perfect food. Though the one I usually have has the basics on it.

Sub: Meatball. I dunno why, it's the only sub I like...

Dang it, now I'm hungry! :(

- peanut butter

- peanut butter and bananas (I heard a line about this unusual team on a episode of "Muppet Babies", and it just stuck in my mind. Man, is it delicious!)

- tuna

- bologna (by itself or with cheese)

- ham (ditto)

- meatball sub

- egg salad

- turkey club

- Subway's Southwest Steak and Cheese (Ever since I first ate it months ago, it's all I get when I go)

- I'll second that vote for cheeseburger.

Peanut butter's a classic ... and I just love the Honey Mustard Melt at Subway. mmmm....

Never thought of a cheeseburger as a sandwich before, but hey, it's edible stuff between two slices of bread... works for me!

(Great, now I want one... )

When I go to the sandwich shop on campus, I usually get a Chicken Cutlet with lettuce, tomato and mayo. But I mix it up a little bit too, sometimes getting a hamburger sandwich or a steak & cheese with BBQ sauce. I like to keep some diversity in my sammiches. I'll eat just about anything, except tuna. Blecch!

Chicken salad sammiches with some tomato are good stuff too, I make those in the cafeteria if there's nothing good & hot to eat.

My favorite sandwiches are corned beef on rye and the classic philly steak sub with bacon, hots, mushrooms, and a little lettuce.

-I used to enjoy Ham, Mozzarella and Tomato Sauce sandwiches, then one day, my stomach couldn't take it anymore.

-Bacon sandwiches

-Peanut butter sandwiches (No jelly)

-Peanut Butter and Bacon sandwiches

-Bacon cheeseburger (Roy Rogers restaurants, when they existed, made great bacon cheeseburgers)

-Buffalo chicken sandwiches (Only had it a few times, but it tastes great!)

Sincerely,

I know that there are a few Roy Rogers still around, though few and far between. There's a couple on the more western part of the Mass Pike. I've been there before a couple of times, and they do make some nice food.

I've always enjoyed subway's seafood sub as it's always been my standard every time i go there (topped with provalone cheeze, lettus, black olives and onions)

i also like turkey with both mustard and mayo (or honey mustard sause from those packets from the Mc Donalds)

and one can never go wrong with PBnJ (i top mine with something crunchy, i don't like the chunky kind of pb but i like to have something like potato chips, wheat thins or rice crispies put in right before it eat it)

Salt
Salt
More Salt
Roast Beef or Chicken (Whatever I find in my fridge)
BBQ sauce (from Smokey Bones , if anyone else knows who they are, or has one by them)
Muenster Cheese
White Bread

Mmm-mmm-mmm! You can just smell the cholesterol!

I have a PB&J on toast eveyr day for lunch.

The sandwich I got when I still went to Subway (and once at Quiznos) was kinda odd. It was a pepperoni and pickles on white. That's all. The people who took my order would always be puzzled by it though a few employees actualy told me that they know one other person in town who orders the exact same thing.

I was able to get this at Quiznos once, and boy it was the best sandwich I'd ever had but they can't make it anymore sicne the pepperoni is stuck to the salami and they don't want to tear it off.

When I go to Subway I like the Italian BMT with Mayo, lettuce, pickles, and olives. We have sandwich shop in Montana called Pickle Barrel where I always get the Ken Special (pepperoni, salami, turkey, ham, cheese, lettuce, mayo). My favorite, yummy. When I'm just making sandwiches I love grilled cheese or turkey and cheese or ham and cheese.

Any type of Italian sandwich is my best friend. I don't care where I am, the first sandwich I usually get is an italian one, then have them toast it all beautifully.

Chicken salad, definately. Tuna salad and sliced turkey close behind, but all that matters to me is that it's stuffed with mayonaisse. I'm a mayonaisse fiend, which sounds pretty gross now that I actually say it.

Cheese sandwich (preferably thick and delicious deli cheese)

When I was little, I used to heat up some cream cheese and make a sandwich. It's actually quite good!

Even the WORD sandwich instantly makes me hungry. Sandwiches (which also include soft tacos and wraps in my mind) are virtually ALL I ever crave. Even if I'm eating a hot dinner, I'll want to put my meat in some bread.

My favorite sandwich is a Subway Club with every vegetable they have on it.

But also yummy is a warm peanut butter and cheese sandwich. I don't like peanut butter, but this is an old fav. It's all gooey and messy and cheesy. Mmm...

Philly Cheesesteaks are also awesome. Really, I'll eat any sandwich as long as it has enough cheese on it. =P

My favorite sandwich? Steak, tomato, green beans, chili and mustard.

If you've never tried that combo, give it a shot. Seriously.I find humor in the fact that you're from Chile, and you eat chili. But that sounds absolutely yummy, as well.

I find humor in the fact that you're from Chile, and you eat chili. But that sounds absolutely yummy, as well.I get that a lot.:p

For the record, we don't call it chili, it's "ají" down here. Although in other Latin countries like Mexico it's still called chili.

I'm surprised that people on this message thread from the US Northeast haven't talked about a Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwich or the Primanti Brother's sandwich in Pittsburgh, PA that has the fries as part of the sandwich.
