Okay, I've just been to Cartoon Network to see the new episode for Teen Titans on Toonami, but it said that instead it was airing Star Wars: Clone Wars. I brushed it off and checked Monday's schedule for Miguzi, but where Teen Titans should be there's Double Code Lyoko! I have nothing against Code Lyoko, but where on earth has Teen Titans gone?

Teen Titans is a dying brand. It was recently... cancelled.

So when will the six remaining Season Five episodes air then? Any idea?

Don't worry, Teen Titans will finish its current (fifth) season and the remaining episodes will air. But yes, it has been cancelled... no sixth season.

More like "ended".

Networks cancel series. CN did not influence the decision to end Teen Titans.

Therefore it is not canceled.

Teen Titans still airs Monday thru Friday at 6:30 AM EST, right after Duel Masters, and it will return to Toonami next Saturday with a new episode. If you had searched CN's schedule a bit more, you would have seen this.

I'm not a fanboy, so I'm not in denial.

Evidentally I was misinformed. No big deal.

So after this, no new episodes? This is the final season of the Titans, and they will air all 13 episodes of this season on Toonami. After those 13 episodes have aired though, then no new episodes will remain. Basically, after Lightspeed airs next Saturday on Toonami, only 5 episodes will remain in the series, but I'm willing to bet the Titans will go out with a bang just like they have every other season.

They aired 7 episodes of this season already, so there are only 6 new episodes left. And then that's it besides the DTV movie.

Last I checked, cancelled and ended were the same. Yes I know the word "cancelled" makes it sounds like a bad thing, but that's what it was.

Hopefully CN will air the new episodes Teen Titans quickly or CN can do like Nick does when airing new episodes of ended production shows when the last new episode airs four years after production is finished. Lets not hope that happens to the Teen Titans.

I was probably one of the biggest dislikers of the show, but I am very surprised by CN's decision to do this. It really does show that CN is currently very paranoid abouit ratings. This was one of their top-rated shows for quite awhile and once the ratings dropped because of them overplaying it anywhere and everywhere (removing Megas XLR from Miguzi early to replace it with another Teen Titans rerun), they reduce the airings and the one weekday airing it gets now is VERY early in the morning. Yes CN, this show was loved by a lot of people, but it didn't mean you had to play the hell out of it and remove a show after a few weeks of not clicking in, that's why ratings probably dropped. Not everyshow that gets good ratings can be rerun like crazy like Family Guy or Futurama. Well at least this show got 5 seasons and probably won't end on a cliffhanger, so we can't say it entirely got screwed. Samurai Jack will probably never get proper closure and Megas XLR only got 2 seasons, let's not forget about many other shows that have similar results on CN.

I hope we get something positive from CN's decision of cancelling the Titans.

I'm very sure CN will let Teen Titans finish the rest of the unaired episodes by at least Spring of 2006 (since it's 6 more episodes, I'm sure they'll air by the end of January.) It's always been a ratings grabber and I'm sure the ratings aren't that much lower. I gurantee you Titans will finish it's remaining episodes faster than Samurai Jack and Time Squad did, geez they were riddiculous on how long they held back those episodes.

But cancellations are usually made due to bad ratings. I thought that Teen Titans was insanely popular.

But cancellations are usually made due to bad ratings. I thought that Teen Titans was insanely popular. Maybe it is popular, but networks are so fickle sometimes. Sometimes they'll cancel their hits because they've got a new batch of shows that they'd rather put on the air because they think they'll be bigger hits. Which seems to be the case with Justice League and Teen Titans right now.

According to things I've read, they made season 4 as well as season 5 like they would be the last, so unless they really messed up, I probably wouldn't be disappointed in the ending.

Consdering that season 4 ended with epsidoes titled "The End" I was surprised there was anything after that and happy for new epsidoes (even though I haven't liked most of the new season). I'm still sad to see it get cancelled... I think there are certain things that will never get answered (like a final showdown with Slade, or who Red X is).
