Synopsis

Soap Box Derby
The gang enters a soap box derby race.

Talent Suckers Return
The Talent Suckers from Slovakia cause havoc for an arena owner.

Prisoners of Yoyovia
Ami and Yumi become honorary citizens of Yoyovia, but soon regret it.

Yea, especially since the 2nd one doesn't have Ami, Yumi, Kaz and the cats in it.

Haven't done a Puffy review in awhile, though I've been watching... mostly...

"Soapbox Derby": Fun excursion and the best of the three, but still, you had to know once Ami decided to cheat, you know she and her rivals would both lose the race (and to the picked-on kid, no less). 8/10.

"Talent Suckers Return": Yeah... dullsville. Not the worst episode, but I was expecting TS to go after Puffy again, not be introduced by them and then disappear for the rest of the short. 6/10.

"Prisoners of Yoyovia": Some decent stuff here, with the weird-talking king (and his country's customs) and Ami and Yumi's attempts to get out of being 'citizens.' 7/10.

Overall, a 7 out of 10 for the trio.

The two AmiYumi episodes surrounding the middle episode this past weekend was about a 8.5 or a 9 out of 10. The middle episode was very lame.

i think this show should have a new art style, though cute. its not Dexter's lab...whose animation worked for its style and humor.
