On Thursday, I think the Christmas special airs in the USA, so for those that didn't know, check it out.

Well, I didn't see the first three minutes, so I will review later.

Well those fleas weren't ordinary, they were imaginary which was the shocking conclusion. Bloo wanted fleas so badly, that he used his tricks again to shave all the fur off of Eduardo. Those fleas reminded me of some of the old black and white cartoons of the 1920's and 1930's. Rather a good episode with the fleas holding Mr. Herriman hostage. I give the episode an A-.

I'm giving it a B-. I felt that the episode dragged quite a bit, at times (mainly at the first act). The last act really helped boost my rating for the episode, with a PPG reference, Bloo doing whatever it takes to get the fleas (only to have the fleas loathe Bloo for everything), and a "skinned" version of Mr. Herriman (ouch, my eyes). I really loved the ending -- quite amusing. I look forward to Thursday's special, "The Lost Claus".

:p
They just showed the closing credits for this show, which is a surprise (no Fridays credits for the third airing of the episode).
It shows Bloo walking near that door, and he said "secret door" several times. It reminded me of "The Trouble With Scribbles"

- Nice to see little Chewy again. He's so cute!
- Eduardo's a bit too nice for his own good here, letting the fleas live on him while he's made uncomfortable.
- Bloo getting jealous that Eduardo's got fleas? He gets more outrageous each week he does! And Herriman and Frankie teaming up for a common cause... get the fleas out of Eduardo? Good stuff!
- I was surprised when we got to Bloo shaving Eduardo naked and the fleas taking over Herriman's body and nearly smacking him to death. I also was surprised at the ending... all of the furry friends shaving their fur to get their own land (because they were imaginary!)
This is probably the worst of this month's Foster's episodes, but it was still good. But at least it seems most, if not all, of the charm from the first season (and that was mostly lost in Season Two) is back here in Season Three.
7.5 out of 10 for "Land of the Flea."

Well at first I felt that I was going to have to give my first really negative review of a Foster's episode in quite a while. The first act, and the majority of the 2nd act just really were not appealing to me. Then somewhere around the middle to late part of act 2 this thing totally started kickin tail.
Irronically I didn't find Eduardo that funny in this episode, there were some moments mind you, but for the most part the funniest stuff in this episode came from the fleas who were living on Eduardo, and Bloo who was so very envious of that.
The Flea's had alot of great moments, from the first two all the way through the plethora of kids that eventually existed. I loved the part where the foreign flea was talking about how he imigrated from a cat (good stuff).
Their taking over of Mr. Herriman's body was also a great deal of fun. And of course the apperance of the mayor of the town caught me completly off guard.
Self-indulgent on the part of the staff? Yes
Lacking in subtlty? Yes
So incredibly funny that I could hardly stand it? Definately yes.
And of course another refrence involving Candi Milo pulling out her Mucha Lucha voice while, of course, playing a Flea. Show's just how much of a nerd I am.
Anyway the other thing that was really good about this episode was Bloo's insane jealousy. His wanting fleas, and the steps he took to aquire them was great, and of course we had that great closing gag with him getting ticks instead.
Okay now I need to be the gray rain cloud, and say all the things I didn't like.
-The repetadivness of some jokes has been a problem at some points in this series, and this episode had hints of that (for example when Bloo kept on hearing Mac's words in bed, funny the first time, tiresome the 4th), of course I feel that other shows like the Fairly Oddparents, and the later episodes of the PPG have had that problem to.
-I guess I've just never been big on Eduardo centric stories (though I like the charecter), but he just didn't make me laugh all that much in this episode. He had a few good moments (the salon and when he was shaved for instance), but not as many as I might have hoped.
So I'm giving this episode a C+, with the likely possibility that my opinion will improve with further viewing.
And I just noticed that Lauren seems to have written or cowritten all three of the shows latest premeirs. Did CN just happen to air the episodes this way, or is she just really taking alot of work on.

This was decent. It wasn't quite as good as last week or the week before that, but it was still charming. ***1/2

I was quiet bored with this episode until the fleas took over Mr. Herriman. I was also getting nauscious as I listened to the male fleas being voiced by the same guy who did "The Flea" on Mucha Lucha. The end provided some of the shananigans that makes Foster's great, but the slow beginning and middle made me give it a C.

For me that was one of those things that was funny, then got tiresome, then was hilarious. I thought they did it enough times.
Like most of you, I thought the beginning was a bit slow (and sorta like the one where Eduardo got the puppies), but the last act was hilarious, especially Herriman.
Uh...that mayor flea was supposed to be the mayor from Powerpuff Girls, right?

An okay episode, but nothing to write home about. It at least had an end-credit piece of Bloo screaming "Secret door" to make it all worthwhile. B-

That's Candi Milo's voice.

As genius as the ending was, I really enjoyed this enchange between Ed and Wilt:
(To fleas)
Edwardo: Buenas Dias! Did you sleep well?
Wilt: Yeah, I slept fine, thanks!
Edwardo: Um, I wasn't talking to you.
(To fleas)
Edwardo: You guys hungry?
Bloo: Starving!
Coco: Coco!
Edwardo: Yeah, uh huh. I wasn't talking to you either.
(Bloo and Coco look shocked)
Wilt: I'm sorry Ed, but there's nobody else here.
Edwardo: Oh! Where are me manners? I didn't introduce you yet. Bloo, Coco, Wilt meet Juan y Juanita.
(Wilt cautiously shakes Ed's hand)
Wilt: It's nice to...meet you?
Edwardo: Ahh! You loco? You wanna squish them?!
Wilt: I'm...sorry?
Edwardo: Well you better be!
Wilt: Ok...?
Bloo: Weirdo.
And after an unsuccessful bath attempt, seeing Ed stick out his tongue and gleefully run through part of the doorway was just friggen classic.

Yes, it was the mayor from the Powerpuff Girls in flea form. There are alot of Foster's easter eggs in the show like Frankie's shirt, Mojo Jojo, Bloo giving out the names of cities that the cookies needed to go to, and Ed.

Yeah I saw the secret door bit sometime later. It's nice when they give us these little things to tie episodes together (that along with the imaginary puppies, an episode I wasn't fond of, but a nice touch none the less).

I think that this may be the worst FHFIF episode yet. I'm a huge fan of the show too, I give it a D. I'm really hoping the Christmas episode will be a lot better.
