Why isnt Liquid Television on dvd yet?

Why hasnt MTV released Liquid Television on dvd yet? I know that all the aeon flux LT shorts are on the new dvd, and there may be copyright issues with the beavis and butthead shorts (though i doubt it) but still, it was an innovative show and should be out on dvd (as well as cartoon sushi, which was a short-lived attempt to recreate LT,,it even had a short involving the characters from radiohead's paranoid android video)

I have a Liquid TV DVD that MTV released some years ago. It was just a "best of" collection, and I fear that is all they will release

I guess it's out of print now, though.
