The topic that doesn't have anything to do with anything except belly buttons! :p Of all the body parts, belly buttons are the most fun to say! Let's all take a moment to hail the belly button! :D

Now the major question: Is your belly button an innie or an outie? And now, the other question: Does it collect much lint?

Mine's an innie but doesn't get any lint at all. Very odd.

*has gone insane*

Worship the belly button!:D

innie. It gets lint from time to time.

I have an innie. Never saw lint in my entire life; don't even know what it looks like!

Of course, that doesn't mean I *want* to see any.... (Eww! Get away from me!)

I have an innie too...never had lint in it. I was a clean little boy, or just plain lucky. :D

*stops and thinks* LINT! *throws it all around* ;)

Innie. I just checked it now and, yes, there was some lint in there. There seems to be these phases where it likes to collect lint. I keep scolding it and telling it that it's a bad habit, but it won't listen. Go figure.

Haha, go innies! :D

Or even better, go lint-free innies!

Sorry, lost my sanity there for a second.

Yet another innie, here. I don't clean mine very often, but it's not really as gross as you might think.

I'm an innie. *All* The Children In This Child Care Center are outies.

"Worship the belly button"? What would one sacrifice, and how?

I gave my husband "The Abomimable Dr. Phibes" and "Dick Tracy" for Christmas. I was sick today, and watched both of them. They're both so cynical!

I've got a fairly wide (and, strangely enough, perfectly circular) innie that collects lint like crazy.

I moved this tiopic to the Anigen board.

And not many people have outies because all the doctor has to do is put some substance on the emblickle (sp?) cord to make it fall off.

I've got a very fuzzy navel. It's an innie, but doesn't collect too much lint. It just grows a lot of body hair.

I have an innie. I think there's some sort of alien civilization evolving in there....hmmm.... :p

Mine's an innie...every two days or so I clean huge gluts of lint and hair (I am a hairy man) from it. To say nothing of the odor. Conversely, my neice is an outie.
Couple of great comedic observations on bellybuttons come to mind--Bill Cosby in "Kindergarten" and Jeff Foxworthy (I forget offhand which album) on lint.

U-m-b-i-l-i-c-a-l cord. I knew that Army medical training would come in handy some day...

Yes, I am an innie. Yes, it generates lint. And yes, I knit sweaters from that lint (waste not, want not :)) And yes, you too can have one for $99.95 by visiting reallydisgustinghobbiesofguyswithoutlives.com.

Salud, innies!

I think throughout my whole life, I've only known one person with an outie. I'm an innie as well.

I'm an innie as well... it's oval shaped :D Don't get much lint I don't think, but then, I don't really know what lint looks like.

Here is an easy riddle for this thread: Two archologists find two frozen perserved bodies, how do they know it is Adam and Eve?

Innie. Moderate amount of lint (though I have no frame of reference.) I clean it weekly. A few years back it got stinky. I cleaned all this crusty gunk out of it; hence the weekly cleanings at present. I'm sure you all were glad you read that.

I have an innie too. It collects lint, not much of it, and I keep it clean. I've never really seen many outies. This thread reminds me of that commercial where innie belly buttons sing "I'm Comin' Out." Makes me wonder, how do the outies sing?
Do they just mumble, or are they mute?

Jack :D

No bellybuttons. They was born out of dirt, not mommies. The bodies must've been pretty well preserved, though. :)
