I'm pretty sure that I'm in love with Sarah Silverman after this piece. What's great about Sarah is that while she has some of the most offensive jokes you will ever hear, they always remain jokes. She's never really attacking anyone and all her jokes come off as aware that they are jokes. I think that's what you have to remember when watching this movie, she's not so much trying to shock you or test your limits with jokes about rape and 9/11. She's really just making very funny jokes about rape and 9/11.
Anyway, she's a talented performer who has material that ranges from okay to fantatic. The musical interludes are iffy, but mostly great.
