Odd, no movies that came out this week seem to have a talkback for them. Well, let's talk about The Devil's Rejects here.
I picked up the Unrated edition, but I've yet to have the chance to watch it due to work. What is added to it? How long was the theatrical edition?

The theatrical version is 107 minutes, as opposed to 109 for the DVD. I didn't really notice anything new in it. Captain Spaulding's dream seemed a little more graphic, as did some of Wendy's incident with the truck, but I may be wrong about those. I've played it with Zombie's commentary track. It's a lot like the House of 1000 Corpses DVD, where Rob points out many of the screw ups in the movie, and how certain things were done. The Sid Haig, Bill Mosely, and Sheri Moon Zombie track I'll get to tomorrow.
The special features are great. While the deleted scenes were interesting to watch, it's fairly obvious while they were cut. The Dr. Satan stuff would have detracted from the mood of the film, and most of the other stuff was mainly goofiness between some of the characters. The blooper reel is also worth a look.
Disc 2's making-of documentary was great. I still can't believe the whole thing was done in just 30 days.
