Odd, no movies that came out this week seem to have a talkback for them. Well, let's talk about Charlie and the Chocolate Factory here.

The transfer and audio were excellent, but I haven't had a chance to watch the extras yet. Regardless, this gets a 5/5 stars from me because the movie is awesome.

Yeah I have to agree with you. The video quality came out nicely and the movie itself is great. The extras aren't that good though, but there are a few documentaries included, but no Deleted Scenes unfortunatley.

Well, I thought the extras were enjoyable, especially the ones about Danny Elfman doing the soundtrack, the squirrels, and the Oompa Loompa. The games are quite dumb though and the remote controls make it hard to follow at times. Still, very nice, but yes, deleted scenes would have been nice.

Ummm.... the whole book is in the movie so there shouldn't be any deleted scenes.

The extras were pretty good for a first-run WB release. Interesting that their old movies (deservedly) get great releases when their new hits get pretty much shafted.

there was actually a few scenes in the book that never made it to the big screen, like the fizzy lifting drinks or the candies that look round chapters.

the two disc edition for me was pretty good ,but i wished they would have included commentary, deleted scenes, and bloopers
