Yep. But pretty much only at work: It's free at the office, so the price is right. :)

Yes, but only on weekends when I need energy for going out and doing things.
During the week coffee has only proven to get me in trouble at school.
And I like my Coffee Black. Milk or sugar ruins the taste for me.

I just bought a vacuum coffee brewer (it's the odd coffee makers you sometimes see in animes that take place in contemporary Japan).

My mind already races without the help of caffeine. Though, I'll drink it if nothing else is available.

Coffee is awesome. I love the stuff. I like it with a little bit of sugar, although if the coffee is flavored, I can go without. I need cream or milk in the coffee though. Something about that that just makes it better...
I drink 1-2 cups a day, more if I am in the mood. I have two different coffee makers, a single cup brewer and a 4 cup machine. I also like the instant powders that you mix with water or milk too.
So yeah, I do. Oh, and I am really loving this flavored coffee I got recently. It's Chocolate Creme Brulee. So good....

Nope, I'm more of a tea person. I loves me some tea. People actually think I'm odd because of my tea-drinking habits. I like really strong tea, with nothing in it except maybe a lemon. I also love fruity teas like peach, cranberry, raspberry, and so forth.
Flavored coffee is a monkey of another colour, however. I love those things so much. Iced vanilla frappuccinos are awesome. I practically chug those. Heh.
What I find incredible about this poll is that according to the question ("Does anyone drink coffee?") there are 8 people so far on TZ who believe no one in the world drinks coffee. It takes balls to argue that.

Of course a lot of other people drink coffee, I on the other hand don't. I tasted it, gagged, and never really bothered with it again.

Y'know, the taste of regular coffee isn't especially tasty, but amazingly, I prefer espresso. Maybe I just have a thing for strong drinks.

YEAH!!!!! I mean, yes, I do. Usually, I go for the coffee frappuccinos (both the ones you buy in the bottle or the ones you get made at Starbucks). If I drink normal coffee, it needs to be sweetened and with either milk or creamer. I cannot drink it just plain black.
Ocassionally, but not everyday.

The stuff makes me real ill -_- It tastes revolting as well. What people see in it I'll never understand. You can get caffiene in pill form now so why bother drinking mud?

mikestorm,
If you really insist on a good cup of coffee from freshly-ground coffee beans, you either use a vacuum pot or a press pot. I use the latter and it's really good with true Hawaiian Kona or Kenya AA coffees. http://freeconservatives.com/smilies/biggthumbup.gif

Yep, big coffee guy. However, I've been trying to cut back on how much I drink.
Flavored coffee is a monkey of another colour, however. I love those things so much. Iced vanilla frappuccinos are awesome. I practically chug those. Heh.
Have you ever tried those pre-flavored packets of coffee. I love those, especialy the raspberry/chocolate raspbery and seasonal flavors like pumpkin pie and egg nog.

Howdy,
Been a coffee achiever since high school, and have become more and more of a coffee snob since then. RayChuang is 100% right in identifying real Hawaiian Kona coffee as coffee worth killing a man for and worth the money (vs. Jamaican Blue Mountain, which I find highly overrated and extremely overpriced). The missus and I are a French Press (sorry, FREEDOM Press) coffee maker household and we gotta have a cup a day.
Serious coffee hounds will dig Uncommon Grounds (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0465054676/qid=1131548747/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/103-3737500-8167803?v=glance&s=books), a book about the history of coffee. Among other things, it taught me that Lloyds of London began as a blackboard in a coffee house, that coffee became a patriotic American drink during the Revolutionary Era 'cuz those stuffy greedy tax-happy Brits were tea drinkers ;), and that nearly everybody involved in the coffee business, from the farmers to the drinkers, seems to think that they're getting ripped off by someone else in the chain.

No, sadly, I am not a coffee person. Sure, I will have the occasional frappuchino at Starbucks, but that's about it. I am more of a tea person. Whether it is hot or iced, tea is my main drink. Unfortunately for my friends, the only way I can drink it is with tons of sugar. And we all know how I can get with sugar.......... :D

Coffee < Tea
It's as simple as that. Tea doesn't taste like concentrated caffiene mixed with dirt.

Have you ever tried those pre-flavored packets of coffee. I love those, especialy the raspberry/chocolate raspbery and seasonal flavors like pumpkin pie and egg nog.Yeah, I like trying those every now and then. I tried a chocolate mint one a while back and it was sooo yummy. And I go crazy for anything hazelnut-y. Vanilla hazelnut is really good, because it's creamy with the nutty flavor. Can't lose there.
tea is my main drink. Unfortunately for my friends, the only way I can drink it is with tons of sugar.Urf, two things I can't stand in tea is lots of sugar, and honey in green tea. Sugar in iced tea is different though, I can't drink iced tea without sugar, and actually prefer tons of sugar in iced. Hot tea, no matter the flavor (though I favor earl grey, yum), should not be tainted with cream or sugar. And honey in green tea just tastes nasty. I don't see why people put that in there so very often. >_<

The more sugar and milk I put in my coffee, the better it gets. I only drink it occasionally, as I try to start the day with something healthy, but sometimes I just need the jolt.

Sometimes, but I'm more of a can coffee kind of guy. Nothing like a can of Georgia to start the day!
Although these days I'm on a green tea kick. Take that cancer!!

I don't have the attention span for a French Press, but I hear it even outdoes a vacuum pot when done correctly. Right now I'm using my Bodum Santos with my preground Dunkin Donuts coffee, which is a crime, but as I just got my vacuum pot, I want to finish off the coffee I already had been using with my automatic drip Wal-Mart special before I go out and buy something better.
I bought a coffee grinder (blade type, not burr type) with my Santos, so I'm really looking forward to what my new pot can do.

It was a nasty cuppa coffee from QT that gave me food poisoning in the first place. That was bad enough, but because of that I had to go to the hospital where, lucky me, I caught some loverly germs so I really got sick.
So me and coffee aren't on speaking terms at the moment. In fact, I'm thinking of filing for divorce. I want the house, the car and of course, all the tea.

My girlfriend's dad is so obsessed with those vacuum pots, he bought THREE of them-- one to use, and two for spare parts in case the first one ever breaks.
The ironic bit is that he puts ordinary cheap Folger's crystals in it, so the coffee still tastes like crap.
In my experience, it's the quality of the beans (and when I say beans, I mean whole friggin' BEANS like God intended, none of this pre-ground crap or, God forbid, non-organically constituted crystals) that determines the goodness of the coffee more so than how it's prepared. But then, I've never had coffee made from really good beans prepared in a vacuum pot or French press, so maybe that would just plain blow my mind. In the meantime, a cheap Wal-Mart coffee grinder and Mr. Coffee treat me just fine.

Just cold Starbucks Frapuccinos for me. :DI love those, My favorite is Vanilla, second favorite, Mocha, and last, Caramel. I can never get enough of 1 bottle though.:( As soon as I finish it, I want more. Those are adictive.
About cofee, when I don't drink my instant cofee, I like to Pressure Brew it. i go byt the beans I want in this Turkish store I know, they ground them for me as fine as I want, and then I go home and enjoy my Espresso or Latte, or even a Capuchino. Ahh, the good old days.

Better change your address first. That coffee's kinda jumpy. No telling what he might do.

I don't like coffee. All I need to do in the morning is be awake for 10 to 15 minutes and I'm good for the rest of the day. Oh and eat breakfast ^_^. That's all I need. Coffee tastes disgusting, and I'm already short, so I don't need it ^_^.

I drink coffee or frozen coffee. I usually drink cofee on the weekends not often on school days though. I try to get Starbucks when I have the time. If I'm not drinking coffee I usually drink snapple ice tea. If I don't have caffine I usually get withdrawl headaches.

I do not drink coffee. I've always found the taste unpleasant and the obsessive culture that is sometimes seen around it gives me to back away.
I do enjoy mild coffee flavors now and then in perhaps ice cream or a malted drink, but commonly it isn't something I care for.
I really should take to drinking tea, but ever since I had a lousy time with a bad blend of Earl Grey a few years back I've had apathy exacerbated by discouragement toward tea.

Yes, but I don't see much to complain of in the resurrection of a thread that's merely a month old. I imagine we can trust the moderators to consider that concern.

Mostly because when I was a baby, my dad snuck me sips of it.

I'm not a big coffee drinker myself. I usually make myself a cup of hot cocoa (the real stuff, Hershey's Cocoa, not that instant stuff!). I only drink tea if I have a cold, and put lemon and honey in it.
Sometimes I have coffee at McDonald's when I go out for breakfast, but more often than not I find myself drinking a small Coke with my Sausage McMuffin and Hash Browns.
I avoid the mall coffee shops (Nancy's Coffee Shop and the Seattle's Best coffee shop at Borders) like rust. If I want to pay $2.49 for coffee, I'll buy a whole can of it...
...and a Mr. Coffee (for One) to go with it...
