Cartoon Network sure does seem to release alot of videos and DVDs of their shows, and I was wondering if Toonzone also did so?

And, while you are answering that, can any of you Canadian posters let me know if there are any animation DVDs that are Canadian exclusive releases?

I already did reply. I don't know any specifics, anyways. I do know of one Canadian exclusive DVD called Roswell. It's not based on the show, but it's some movie. I saw it not too long ago. I remember a poster here asked about it along time ago. It was pretty pricey, too. Aside from that, I don't reall yknow of any Canadian exclsuive DVDs besides the infamous "Transformers Unrated" DVD which has that Bumblebee guy swears in it, where in the US version, it was changed. I think we may have a couple Transformers DVDs not available anywhere's else, but I'm not 100% sure. I haven't gone on my DVD shopping spree yet, so I'm not totally sure.

I was the poster who had previously asked about Roswell! I was trying to set some kind of trade up with you. I am sure if I really want it that bad, I can track down a copy on ebay.

Well, I guess I wasn't expecting Teletoon to have DVDs out of their shows like Cartoon Network does here, but I thought I would just ask. Bummer.

Teletoon hasn't, but they want to. They want to get a Canadian label to release them. One of the DVDs they want to release a collection from one of their action blocks - ACTION REACTION. This would include one or two episodes from the two hour block which includes X-Men, Avengers, Silver Surfer and The Tick,

That would rule! Promise to keep us Americans updated if they do this!

No problem. Also, I was out tonite at the mall, and I saw a Canadian exclusive BEAST WARS DVD that had two DVD-exclusive episodes. I would've picked it up, but it was outside my budget.

Thanks for the tip. This has got me really curious. I think I will e mail animationondvd.com and request that they put up a section on Canadian exclusive animated DVDs. Somebody has got to get the word out to us fans south of the boarder that this stuff is out and available!

That's a real good idea, Calhoun07. I'll check out some Canadian DVD websites and see if I can't find out onsome myself. I'd like to know, also, what we got down here that no one else has...
