The GameFAQs 10th Anniversary Countdown has begun! (possible spoilers)

The world voted on what they thought were the ten best games of all time, and the results are in. Now GameFAQs is counting them down. This is what the list looks like so far:

10. Final Fantasy 6
9. Halo: Combat Evolved
8. Metal Gear Solid

A solid (no pun intended) list thus far, although I personally believe FF6 deserves to be higher than both Halo and MGS, and the fact that the original MGS got #8 is a good sign that we may see MGS2 or MGS3 even higher on the list.

And it's a shame, because my prediction list had Metal Gear Solid 3 at #8. Ah, well...

Considering we're already seeing surprises, the rest of the list will be really exciting. Although the top two were pretty much set in stone before this even began (*cough Ocarina of Time and Final Fantasy 7 cough*), #3-7 are complete mysteries right now.

Yeah, Chrono Trigger is probably a lock as well, but I would be surprised if Mario 3 didn't make the list (even though I had it in my prediction).

Starcraft and Super Smash Bros. Melee have good chances as well.
