TNA in development at Midway

TNA is finally getting a wrestling game! Midway snagged the license and has supposedly finished some of the motion capture already from some of the wrestlers.

I read about this last night. It's great news, the rumor mill has been in full force for about 2 years now and TNA kept saying they are working on one. Kinda wish it could have been AKI developing it, but who knows, maybe Midway has enlisted Spike to develop the game. Either way I know that I will be buying it despite the quality. I'd expect to see in stores sometime next year since it's slated for release on the Xbox and PS2 and both consoles have little life left in them. At least now the Xbox finally has hope for a good wrestling game.

I won't get my hopes up seeing as how there's never been a good wrestling game released this side of the Pacific made by anyone other than AKI/THQ, but it could still be worth playing.
