Oh Miroku, your ass should have been dead and you know it. Mr. Cool UnderPressure Pants.
Edit: OH NO! Inuyasha vs. Jakostu AGAIN!

After making two embarassing mistakes on this forum... I shall post what I had posted in the wrong thread, and complained about in this thread when I thought my post had been removed.
Next time on Inuyasha! We pretend none of the Miroku/Sango ever happened!

ya know, it`s not exactly my favorite show either, but I wonder why people keep watching if they don`t like it. I mean, there are Yugioh talkbacks on toonzone that don`t get any kind of comments like that, but this does.

Best comment of the whole eppy by Inuyasha: "You again? They must be getting real shorthanded huh?" LOL

I don't understand why everyone's complaining about these episodes so much. I mean, we're actually seeing Koga and Inu-yasha working together and we're seeing Sango and Miroku get closer. You wanted character development and then you get it and you still complain. Jeez.
I'm gonna miss Bankotsu...
What? Bankotsu didn't die. What are you talking about?
What? Bankotsu didn't die. What are you talking about? As I said in an earlier Talkback, I ALWAYS expect the bad-guys-of-the-week to die at the end of a saga, since it almost always happens in these kinds of adventure stories.

This episode would have been redeemed if Miroku passed out grabbing Sango's butt.

Once again, for me the best part of the eps were the Miroku/Sango moments. It's nice seeing them in a more dramatic and serious scene rather than the usual and rather predictable "Miroku trying to grope Sango" or "Sango getting jealous" scenes that they usually have. I'm actually convinced that despite his womanizing and groping Miroku does have geniune and sincere feelings for Sango. Too bad it seems like this scene between them is going to be very much forgotten by the next episode.
Once again, Sango has to stop letting Kohaku effect her in battle. We've seen this happen tons of times in the series: Sango sees Kohaku, becomes hurt and confused which usually clouds her judgement. I know his her (deceased/possessed) brother and her only living relative, but it would be nice not to see the same thing happen with her time and time again.
I have a feeling the final three of the Band of seven are getting near to their demise at this point.

I have a feeling Renkotsu is going to betray Jakotsu in order to get his jewel shard.

I was skeptical before but the life and death drama worked here and twice with Miroku and Inuyasha  the best and weirdest parts were with Jakotsu I mean what was with him and his moment with Bonkotsu  and then him deciding the team needs to be renamed? way funny!

I actually watched this episode of Inuyasha and I was really surprised that Miroku hadn't grabbed Sango ass. What Sango had said was really cute. I honestly like their relationship a lot better than Inuyasha and Kagome's.

I actually liked this episode, and I guess it was mostly because of the Miroku/Sango scenes: Miroku getting ticked off and using his wind tunnel without a care in the world was cool, I thought the moment with those two "dying together" was done pretty well, and the way Sango was acting afterwards was kinda cute. Man, that ending creeped me out when Jakotsu cornered Inuyasha considering how much he liked him. I was having creepy prison shower "don't drop the soap" type of stuff when that happened....
I give Into the Depths of Mt. Hakurei a B.
This episode would have been redeemed if Miroku passed out grabbing Sango's butt.Eh, I was hoping he wouldn't do that, and I'm glad he didn't. It would have ruined the moment.
ya know, it`s not exactly my favorite show either, but I wonder why people keep watching if they don`t like it.Well, the reason I keep watching is that I USED to enjoy the show, the first 30 something episodes were pretty good. I keep watching hoping to see some good episodes, but......

Exactly, I used to really really enjoy watching this show and then it sucked and I'm having a hard time letting go of the fact that it sucks so I try to give it as many chances as possible.

Kinda funny seeing the Band of....Three having a light-hearted moment.
And I kinda thought Bankotsu was going to kill Jakotsu right there on the spot. While he was blabbering on. LOL

They really made Miroku look awesome in this episode. He started wind tunneling all of those demons, even though there was the fear for the poison. Course it was all for Sango. Cute.
That's what really redeemed this episode by far, the Miroku and Sango scenes. The scenes with Inuyasha breaking through the barrier were okay. I like to see Inuyasha in his human form, it just goes to show that he has his weaknesses. Next week's fight should be an interesting one.

It's a bit ironic. The corrupted Monk gets saved by the deceased monk only to have the two look like they'll go head to head next week. I do like that they turned Inuyasha human for a few of these episodes. It'll show us just how much he really can fight and should be good for a laugh or two.
I also like how Koga was more than willing to stay back with Kagome. I get the feeling that Kagome still has a few roles to play in this saga (you know there's got to be a sacred arrow in there somewhere).

This was a surprisingly good episode for this arc, I thought. Next week looks awesome :D .

God these Mt. Kakurei episodes are boring. Makes me want to ask the question to Inuyasha's friends while they've been at the mountain for about 2 months now, "ARE WE THERE YET!?" :p

Hey, the mountain turned Inuyasha human! That was great! No, wait... what's the word? Predictable.
I swear this show is turning into Dragonball Z. It just feels like a slow slog through very little content... except no one has gone blonde yet.
Oh Miroku, your ass should have been dead and you know it. Mr. Cool UnderPressure Pants.
Let's hear it for deus ex machina.
ya know, it`s not exactly my favorite show either, but I wonder why people keep watching if they don`t like it. I mean, there are Yugioh talkbacks on toonzone that don`t get any kind of comments like that, but this does.
Speaking for myself: I've really enjoyed this show at times. I still want to enjoy it. Worst of all, I still want to know what's going to happen... though I'm starting to get a somewhat jaded idea of what that is.
Yugioh never struck me as being anymore than what it is. No great potential attempted, no great potential wasted. Inuyasha has done some really great character work at times... well, once upon a time. I'm still rooting for the show to be good. But, as a fan, I am disappointed when the show does not live up to its potential, and angry when it settles for mediocre.
I don't understand why everyone's complaining about these episodes so much. I mean, we're actually seeing Koga and Inu-yasha working together and we're seeing Sango and Miroku get closer. You wanted character development and then you get it and you still complain. Jeez.
Character development? What character development?
Miroku and Sango are no closer in this episode than they were at the beginning of the arc. They've been throwing hints the size of sledgehammers about the two of them since shortly after they met, but the relationship has been stuck in "she likes him, but is afraid to show it, he likes her, but is afraid to show it, then he grabs her ass, she slaps him, and everybody laughs, and I die a little more inside everytime" mode for so long that I have almost no interest in their relationship.(sorry about that sentence) Honestly, they have the chemistry of a glass of water.
Koga and Inuyasha were vaguely working together, somewhat like they are now, at least back to when they fought those Panther demons, and possibly earlier.
Sesshomaru is the only one who's really doing any growing, and he's barely in the show.
Do not begrudge we the detractors for our detracting. Most of us still here are here because we want to like the show.

I don't understand why everyone's complaining about these episodes so much. I mean, we're actually seeing Koga and Inu-yasha working together and we're seeing Sango and Miroku get closer. You wanted character development and then you get it and you still complain. Jeez. Like several of you have said, I enjoyed the show when it first aired. But after a certain amount of episodes the show became extremly boring and the storylines started repeating themselves. I keep watching because the Band of Seven arc isn't half bad, plus its better than doing nothing.

Even though Koga and Inuyasha are working togther I still think Koga sucks and should die!
