I'm a Netflix subscriber, and thus, the company is allowing me to give a free month of the service to a friend. The catch is that its only a month, and they're banking on someone to "forget" to unsubscribe. You will need your own credit card to sign up (in case you lose/break the movies during your free trial). Netflix is an online movie rental service. They mail you the movies you pick (along with pre-paid envelopes). You mail them back when you're done, no late fees. No postage.

A month is double the amount of the free trial you'd get if you were to sign up individually.

So if you want to try it out, send me a PM. I only have one invite. Gotta be at least 18 (or get parents permission). Thanks.

I got one of those too, I see now, one month being more than the regular trial offer. I had a free trial when I started and wondered what made this one special,,, didn't catch that part before. .

Well, really they're hoping you like the service. The free trials are just to give you a chance to see how the mail/return service works. Probably the most unsure part that people wonder about. It gets you started and away you go. With the company emails, "is our service prompt","we've received/sent your next movie", "you have recommendations", it's hard to forget :anime:

The que (order to receive movies) is what holds you. As soon as I started picking my que was 30 dvd's long. (I've alot of anime to watch) :anime:

Landstander tipped me off to this. I doubt I'll be staying on past a month, what with me wanting for funds (well, I have a fair nest egg, but I'm apt to be miserly), but I'm using the free month to get some films that are harder to find in rental stores: Les Parapluis de Cherbourg, Der Himmel Über Berlin and some I just never got around to seeing but have wanted to: Ed Wood and Mr. Smith Goes to Washington.
