Apparently AS's new Friday Night Fix thing will let those who choose see this episode on Friday instead of Sunday.
So, discusso here.

Ooh, exciting. Although I kind of feel like I'm cheating by not waiting until Sunday. Ah, but it's the first night. And yet, that'll be less I have to look forward to on Sunday.
Decisions suck.

Also... Justice League Parody!
and the Continnuation of Thing I sent you, even though you could see it a mile away, I laughed so loud, i had to rewind the thing because I missed stuff, This is why I love Friday Night Fix!
5/5. I loved it!

Birdgirl is still one of my favorite newer Birdman characters, but this episode really felt like deja vu. It seemed like deleted scenes from the first Birdgirl (which, by the way, I very much enjoyed) smashed together. And what was with bringing back Bannon and Race? They were funny the first time, but this seemed like overkill. And Birdgirl has great potential as a regular character, but give her a different scenario or something.
Too many recycled jokes (inner monologue microphone, anyone?) made this episode of Birdman unfortunately weaker than the rest of this great season.

Man the de-interlacing on this sucks.

I noticed Peter Potamus' design has been de-fingered.

This episode was friggin' hilarious...Everything regarding the Justices League (including their Gavel shaped watchtower) had me laughing so friggin' hard...especially the near duplicate of the old Justice League OP.
Good show Birdman. :)

I noticed Peter Potamus' design has been de-fingered.
Yeah, what was up with that? Did the animators get tired of always drawing him with fingers or what?

I loved the dialogue in this one.
Phil: That's like marrying you're cousin.
Birdgirl: Or your daughter.
Phil: Blagh! That was going to be a tender moment and then you just turned it into porno.
Birdgirl: *in monotone voice looking at the ring* I love it, it's great.
I also loved how Birdman was going to reinact that scene from The Graduate where he bangs on the glass. There was no glass, but he lunged forward anyway and fell. Love it.

Another act of brilliance Harvey Birdman.
He married his sister >_<I'd be more concerned with how Aunt Phyllis looks than anything.

That was the best Birdman I've seen in a while. There were so many awesome things about this episode. The visual jokes about Phil's eyepatch, Mentok's poodles, the Justices League, the romance movie parodies, etc.

I like this episode, Birdgirl is pretty hot well with the "Birdsuit" on.

I think I'm just going to have to agree with Willams Street on this one...I love Birdgirl.

Oh man....this episode was all kinds of perfect. I lost count of how many times I laughed out loud. The beginning sequence (the early morning part), and all of the scenes with Phil and Birdgirl, simply put, rocked my socks off.
Man, such an awesome episode, and it seemingly came out of nowhere.

Pros: * Justices League, they're hillarious.
* Phil's marriage was going to be to his daughter... but instead, his sister. :D
* The ending sequence was hillarious. Boo Boo! :)
* The return of Bannon and Quest, hahaha.
Cons: * I know everybody loves Birdgirl, but I just don't care for her. She's just not funny and comes off as annoying (not as much in this episode fortunately.)
* Okay we get it, Peter Potamus loves to say "Did you get that thing I sent you?" it's not funny anymore, especially if you have him say it in a different way. That was weird of his de-fingering, I was thinking there was something wrong with his hands.... (Didn't dislike it, but it was odd.)
All in all, a funny episode of Birdman. Funny story and everything. Despite me not liking Birdgirl, they still use her properly in a good story. I give this one 7.5 out of 10.

damn, Birdman is kicking ass and taking names this season.
Both of the birdgirl episodes have been my favorites this season(as well as the parody ep) and I hope she appears more often.

I nearly fell out of my chair when the Justice League parody kicked in. Great outing for Birdman, I laughed hard and often.

I noticed Peter Potamus' design has been de-fingered.
Court order?
But seriously, I bet there'll be a joke about this later on.
The only thing missing from the JL parody was the intro being in letterbox. They even got the font right, which was amazing!
It would've been awesome if that head judge was voiced by Bruce Timm.

The Peter Potamous thing had to be a joke, didn't he say something like about shaking hands, or counting his fingers or something?
But seriously, I bet there'll be a joke about this later on.Yeah, you're probably right.
But, as far as this episode goes, I loved it. Bannon and Quest wanting a union. Phil after his daughter. Harvey and Boo Boo leaving the church together. The Justice League parody. I liked the fact that they went to Mentok first, perhaps a nod to the fact that they'd been using him a lot the past season? All in all a great episode, but this show has only disapponinted me once, so what else could I expect? My opinion: ***** out of *****

And now for our trivia portion:
That movie was real. The paddle-ball at the screen thing.
Before Paris Hilton got to it, there was another House of Wax. Two (http://imdb.com/title/tt0024368/combined), technically. Anyway, one (http://imdb.com/title/tt0045888/combined) of them starred Vincent Price (http://imdb.com/name/nm0001637/). That one was made in 3-d(thus, their use of the glasses in the theatre was accurate. As with most of the 3-d movies at the time, it had bits occasionally whose only purpose was to "wow" the audience with the action popping off at them. That's the reason that guy was playing the paddle-ball towards the screen.
Not that I don't love the reference... but why that movie? :¬}
