I've been fooling around with it, and I can't seem to get it exactly right... Jasc Animimation Shop 3 part of the Jasc Paint Shop Pro 8 packade is the untimate and easiest Gif creative program you can get. Adobe Image Ready is mostly to make pictures ready for the web.
