I went to ASF and i noticed that Inuyasha also had dub versions of certain theme songs and endings, did Viz actually make these or are these fan made because these songs are nowhere to be found on the DVDs.

Of the OP/ED artists, on BoA has released an English version of her ED ("Every Heart ~Minna no Kimochi~)

And I do believe Do As Infinity did an English version of "Fukai Mori" as well.

Dubbed anime songs have been around for a long, long time. I know that Inu-Yasha is not the first. Tenchi's dub songs were pretty scary back in the day, as was Hyper Dolls. *shudders*

I actually like the dubbed versions of the Tenchi Universe songs better than the original versions! I think the opening theme is done by the same artist in both versions anyway. :D

lol.
you know whats funny, Apparently some guy at Geneons website department did a find and replace on Pioner and Genoen.
You can guess what happened to this song title on the English songs CD page.
I can tell you that My Will and Deep Forest's English versions weren't done by the same people. Not only are the sounds different and the music remixed, but they have really crappy quality. Change the World's English version, I believe, was done by the original.

Nope. Change The World's English version was done by some artist named Max Alto as the theme for the Italian dub.Ah. Sounded like the same singer, so I thought it was. Then again, I haven't heard either version too many times since I personally hate the song very much.

Why would the Italian version dub the theme song in English? Wouldn't it make more sense to dub it in Italian?

I never quite understood that either. I kind of lost interest in Inuyasha pretty quickly, but does anyone know if the Italian dub did any more songs?

Do As Infinity's version of "Fukai Mori" is a live version, and has a harmonica in place of the flute. As far as I know, it was never actually officially released anywhere, or if it was, the quality of the recording wasn't that great. (If there's a legally obtainable copy of it with better sound quality, I'd love to know where to acquire it)
I'm not aware if they did an English version of....ummm.....I can't think of the title of the other theme they did.
And I've never heard an English language version of ANY Ayumi Hamasaki song, so I doubt any English versions of any of the themes she did exist.

Where can you find the English versions? I found the English version of the first IY ending and it sounded like the same artist as the Japanese version.
