Boy, the SP fans are going to get some joy out of this.
If not for Turner's love of the character, this would be a perfect chance to mock Captain Planet and the Planeteers.

Wow this series is making a lot of hits this season, and this episode helps. What with the lampoon on PETA and the guest apperance of Melvin van Peebles.
Was Magilla always reliant on pun-heavy dialogue?

The Badasssss guy was the best part of the episode. I also liked how all of the people didn't like Magilla's cheesy puns.
Peter's kids kinda resemble Alvin and the Chipmunks. The best part of that story was setting up the camp with Johnny Quest being blown up and Peter not being allowed to drink 'man juice.'

Peter's kids kinda resemble Alvin and the Chipmunks. I thought they bore a more passing resemblance to Huey, Dewey, and Louie.

I frickin' hate puns. So I was naturally delighted to see Avenger pecking Magilla in the face.
The animal liberators were a bit too stereotypical, I don't think anything was done with them that was remarkable or unexpected from a WS show. Phil's "company outing" was funny, with the Duck Tales reference and all.

I thought this ep was well put together, and Magilla was used pretty well. The animal rights wackos were fun to watch and the Phil trip added some flavor to the whole thing.
Too bad I didn't end up laughing even once.

If there is one group I want to banish is PeTA, along with some other organizations. So I liked the lampoon, although I wish they died, like in most PETA lampoons.

Loved it. These episodes are starting to after more controversial groups like the evolution theorists and now the animal rights protestors. I can safetly say this is one of the best seasons yet.

I thought they bore a more passing resemblance to Huey, Dewey, and Louie.Yeah I got the Disney vibe aswell. Oh and I thought it was weird that they used a bizarre mixture of ALF and PETA in this one, I guess it was neccissary to have a case though.

I really liked this one alot. Magilla Gorilla's corniness was hillarious and I liked Peter's nephews that looked like Huey, Dewey, and Luey. I kind of now see an Alvin and the Chipmunks resemblance too. Really funny stuff in this one.

Jeez, is Reducto going to litigate every case this season? Seriously, aside from Shado, it's been Reducto every episode. I love the teeny guy, but, would like some mix-up. Maybe not the drama guy(can't remember his name), or vulturo. But, Freezoid had potential.
And it was definitely a Huey, Dewey, Louie reference, as their names were Spewey... something-ey, and something-ie.

I thought it was great.
Peter having nephews was funny. By the way they remind me of both the Chipmunks, and Donald's nephews. The names and the fact that they are Peter's nephews was a shot at Disney/Donald, but the letters on the shirts was kinda like Alvin of Alvin and the Chipmunks.
Jonny and Hadji's cameos: hilarious. Magilla getting left on the side of the road: hilarious. I've only been disappointed by this show once, and it doesn't look like they'll do it again any time soon.
I also thought it was nice that we never saw the judge, becuase let's face it, Reducto, while funny, was being overusesd.
