It seems although there is a lack of new shows cnuk has undergone some changes for the fall season:
Another character fronted breakfast show (KND),
New series including: Da Boom Crew, KND, TL&TO Juniper Lee, Hi HI Puffy AmiYumi, B-Daman, JLU, TT.
New look magazine and website.
A new slogan "Were cartoons live" seems to be said a lot after promos on the channel it replaces the words cartoon network under the "CN" logo.
And a new woman voice over!

Though I'm not from the UK, the new website looks a lot better than the one the UK site had before...definitely up-to-date.

How else would they make use of the pretty bumpers? :P They paid for them, so they've decided they're going to use them. Megas will probably come next.

Just to add onto what UKInfo missed, there will also be new episodes of Billy & mandy, Ed Edd n Eddy (Halloween special) and Xiaolin Showdown as well as a Xiaolin Showdown related competition.

After JLU's 7pm run, it gets replaced by The Batman... so I'm thinking Static Shock will be replacing The Batman after that. Megas has been around too long for it to go to CN.

Ad for new series of Billy & Mandy: http://www.toon-cycle.com/ftp/billymandyad.wmv
Why do I like this advert more than others on CN UK? Most likely because they don't try to force a cheesey accent upon it.

Don't get me started on Draw-a-Toon

If I were French, I would be deeply offended.

CN should really have done their fact checking on Draw-A-Toon. The one time I saw it, someone had drawn a picture of SSJ Gotenks which the announcer praised as a great drawing of Goku...

And yet we never get tired of hearing them ;)
Man! If they'd just let us know that people run this network rather than robots (it's often hard to tell) it would be so much easier to get into it. Fridays please -_- And they have many Adult Swim shows which they've shown many years ago, but insist upon a 3 hour dosage of freakin' Gadget Boy? On both CN AND Boomerang? There is just NO logic behind that.

I'm pritty assureed that the entire Tuner range is run on Automation, the fact that Pokemon Chronicales ending credits were not running right with no "Appolgies for the break down" card more or less comferms it.
Also, Gadget Boy, I am telling myself, is God's way of Karmaticly balancing our geting Evangelion and Nadesico uncut.
Or at least that's what I tell myself anyway.

If I could just add a little more to my rant about the sign-language "feature". Some deaf people don't even understand sign language. Far more understand subtitles. Subs, unlike sign language, cost less to do, don't get in the way nearly as much, keep in sync with the episode, can be turned on/off... Sheesh. What kind of advantage could they be trying to get out of this?? I want to annihilate that bald geezer for disturbing the sanctity that is Time Squad. But they don't do it for the crap shows, oh no! So long as they spare Cow & Chicken a spastic fate....
Anyway.... Fall... Or as it should be, Autumn... It's gonna be pretty good. For a few weeks anyway.

Eh? O_o Naruto? Where'd that come from? xD
Mr Cat Dog

Naruto is coming to the UK sometime either in December-February, and it's most likely going to be on Toonami, as the chances of Jetix getting it are virtually nil. Don't expect it to go onto CN until it's had at least 26 eps, like JLU and The Batman (which'll take JLU's 7:00 slot when its run finishes).

Saw an advert for Robot Boy just before Xiaolin Showdown... funny quote:
Fat kid: Teacher says I don't deserve an F... but the school doesn't have any lower grading systems.
Well, I thought it was mildly funny. Is it true that the UK is getting this before the States as well?

I didn't even think we were getting it. I assumed it was another Cramp Twins case.

I didn't even think we were getting it. I assumed it was another Cramp Twins case.I'm sure I heard Matt Wilson say the US is getting it. Found a synopsis from Turner UK:
Chuck out your cyborgs and terminate your Transformers - there's a new superbot in town. Robotboy is the most hi-tech cutting-edge butt-kicking battle-bot in the world and he's about to let rip in his own new series.
Cartoon Network's latest creation tells the story of Robotboy, an eye-poppingly awesome battle robot given the ability to think and feel like a real boy. Created by world famous scientist Professor Moshimo, Robotboy is the most powerful fighting machine ever built but unfortunately a dim-witted "evil genius" called Dr. Kamikazi wants to use him to take over the world.
To protect him, Prof Moshimo pakcs Robotboy off to his number one fan, Tommy Turnbull, who helps him discover what it is to be a real boy - even if he is constantly under attack from Dr. Kamikazi and his clones.
Can Tommy and his two best friends Gus and Lola keep Robotboy out of Dr. Kamikazi's clutches? Will Robotboy ever find out what it means to be a real boy? Tune in to the most bot-kickingly brilliant seies and find out!

I'm sure I heard Matt Wilson say the US is getting it. Found a synopsis from Turner UK: ... Sounds like the bastard child of My life as a Teenaged robot and Astroboy... -_-;
In America, this woudn't last two weeks (see Pet Alien), but this sounds like it'll become another Cramp Twins episode, it'll get high ratings inspite of it's lack of any saving qualites and it will bore the pants off of anyone who's IQ is in double figgures...

Your cynicism never ceases to amaze me. What can I say? Tuner UK are the kings of sucking the bottocks. Everytime there's a right move, they take the wrong one.
Right Move: ZatchBell
Wrong Move: Beyblade
Right Move: Dragonball movies
Wrong Move: Dragonball Moives dubed by a no name company that's probably in some shead in the Netherlands.
Right Move: Adult Swim
Wrong Move: Limiting to AS comedy, then not bothing at all.
Right Move: New grapics, new ideas!
Wrong Move: New graphics, same retarded programing practices, plus Syphoning from Toonami whist giving the worst of CN's liberay to them.
Right Move: Naruto
Wrong Move: This Crap

Oh, come on, I think the fact that it's a, and pardon the phrase, "Wapanime" show (ie: a show that producers make in a bad attempt to cash in on the anime craze which in itself is stupid for teh britttish market as no one over the age of 10 will know what an anime is) speaks volumes.
