I hope they air the new FMA promo tonight. The one with the old audio dubbed over the one person's mouth with phrases like "What we need, is a hero." and the like.

well, AS won't have me as a viewer this week because of the prime time NASCAR race in California this week. I guess I will just have to stay up and watch the re-runs.

I wonder how many NASCAR fans watch AS??? Atleast one.

HOLY CRAP.

WS not only mentioned their anniversary for once, they THANKED us for watching, AND, even more shocking, WITHOUT a sarcastic or snide remark!

Kinda gives you that warm, fuzzy feeling inside, huh? :D

...AS is only 4 years old? Wow, I could've sworn it was older than that. That is, if you count the pilots that aired like 4 in the morning on a December day. :)

Also, rofl at the SwimCon commercial. :D

"I'm not alone anymore!"

Any commerical with Asuka, Mamimi, Kusanagi, and Dr. Girlfriend cosplayers automatically wins the night.

If that SwimCon commercial succeeded in anything, besides being pretty amusing, it was getting a not-half-bad looking girl to dress up as Dr. Girlfriend. Nice.

Looks like I wasn't the only one who thought the second Inu-yasha movie was kind of dull.

Ice skating season is over, Hitler.

I thought the movie would do a bit better than that. Curses....and Futurama tops Saturday again.

Sunday is up, though.

Birdman - 834,000DAMN. (The good kind of damnation that is. If there is such a thing.) Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the highest rating for an AS orinigal that isn't RC? In any case its great :D The latest batch of Birdman's deserve it, and anything that helps AS period is good.

I wonder how much better the movies would do at 11pm? While I understand there is likely a reasoned fear that they would do just as bad and thus ratings would also be down for the 11pm hour, I wonder if movies don't rate highly in large part because people have to make a comittment to stay up/do nothing else until 2am to watch them. While other things airing during the 12am-2am hour have certainly done better than 350,000, it is a lot easier for folks to make a 15 or 30 minute committment during those hours than to committ themselves for two hours that late without falling asleep. I'm fine with it because I generally go to bed at about 2am this semester as it is. However, I'd reckon that isn't the case for most of the viewing audience.

Good for Birdman!

(ATHF I think gets higher than that on the weekday runs. I'm not sure the highest Sealab has gotten. Brak, Tom, SG I don't think have come close to that or at least in a while.)

I'm glad it's finally pulling in somewhat consistent ratings, (and I thought last weeks was the weakest of the new batch so far). Birdman for a LONG time languished in obscurity because of the numerous production problems. I think the Brak show had completely finished before the first Flash Birdman aired. If this becomes the next big cult WS show I couldn't be happier.

I don't know if they have played this card before, but around 11:12pm there was a card where peters version of rock lobster played in the background while the guitar tabs for Rock Lobster were shown. I fell of the couch laughing.

Gah! I need that song!

Well... I really want that song! I love hearing it every time the commercial comes on. Is it from the movie, or do I have a chance of finding it for less than forty dollars? :¬}

No surprise. No matter how much we like our fantasies, massive tragedy is more compelling television fare. This stuff on the news was totally unreal. (^_*)
